Very friendly customer service
I recently had to make a claim for a repair to my cello. The people I spoke to during the claim process were very helpful and friendly.
Even helped me understand when something wasn't covered by my insurance, fair enough.

I haven't needed to file a claim with Lark Insurance yet, but their rates are remarkably competitive and in my opinion provide excellent value. I called to make my next year’s…
I called to make my next year’s insurance payment. This was done within a few minutes by a pleasant person answering the phone. It is good to be able to speak to someone rather than have to make payments on line, which older people find confusing. It is always good to hear a friendly person on the end of the telephone.
