Ich habe dort bestellt wollte diese aber wieder stornieren als ich die per email angegebene Nummer anrief habe ich mit keinem Verständnis rechnen dürfen was meine eher langsamen Englisch Künste anging sie legte auf und beim 2 mal fragte sie mich nach meiner bestell Nummer sie legte wieder auf beim 3 mal schrie sie und. Legte auf beim 4 mal sagte sie das sie keine Firma hat und das sie keine Betten verkauft irgendwann kam ein Mann der mich beleidigte ich werde es jzt mit Paypal lösen und dann hoffe ich das die Bestellung nicht bezahlt und damit auch nicht geliefert wird falls es überhaupt echt ist

I worked at Lano for 7 and a half years, where I experienced financial discrimination, discrimination because I am not Belgian (although I had more experience than a Belgian colleague, I was told that he was 2 steps ahead of me) I was treated as a child and my opinion didn't matter at all... They drain my energy so that I no longer have the strength to fight for my rights; every time I asked for my right, I was accused, until finally I was FIRED on the grounds of so-called "disobedience", which later led to me being sanctioned by the RVA. At Lano I started as a bobbin maker in tuft, after half a year they asked me to learn mechanics, which was very difficult for me as a foreigner, taking into account that I did not know the language, but I did not give up, on after that I worked the night shift for 2 years as a team leader + mechanic + forklift driver; I was only in charge of about 20 people for 2 years.. before that I was asked to do the forklift certification, which I did not refuse, I was asked to come on weekends for "interventions", which I accepted, without having any additional bonus for it. I obeyed as many times as I was asked to do something... And all the while, with all the experience, I was only paid the basic salary, with no increase in earnings, not even a €, which didn't seem fair to me in the situation those mechanics came with no experience , who did not work a quarter as much as me or another colleague, and were paid the same as us who could no longer cope with the amount of work for us as mechanics. Lano was like a family to me, I didn't want to leave, I couldn't believe it was true that the fact that my experience is equal to zero when you are sabotaged by a Belgian colleague, I wouldn't have believed that after 7 years of days a of the best remaining mechanics, let alone my experience and involvement. I am deeply disappointed, hurt and hope that as many people as possible see what #Lano means from within. Please understand my pain!!

Purchased a lot of Lano Cashmere for my new house and the performance is dreadful, it flattens with little foot traffic and looks dreadful after only 4 years.
