I received pants that were too big (XXL)
They refused to change them to XL despite the written policy they promised in their announcement (free return and exchange).

I ordered four bras and at the checkout it stated the amount in Australian Dollars, but my bank statement shows the amount charged was in US Dollars!!
The bras were poor quality and although I ordered xxx Large, they were much too small. Very disappointed. I didn't bother to return products.

I was very satisfied with my purchase and exchange experience. Lanicharm were very fair in their exchange process. Their customer support was courteous, patient, and efficient from start to finish. They communicated clearly, handled my exchange professionally, and made the process easy. I really appreciated their help and would happily purchase from them again.

Wish I had seen these reviews before. Ordered a large with a c cup. They are more like a training bra for a young teen. Sane story about the refund. First offered 10%. Then 20% and keep the useless bras. Going to call he credit card company tomorrow to ask for the charge to get reversed

Exactly as previous reviewers have stated. Poor quality, inaccurate sizing and non-existent customer assistance. Steer clear!

Ordered two pairs of pants. They were labelled XL but they were obviously small. The company refused to provide a return address or instructions for my valid return request. Lost $84 - opening dispute with my credit card company to get refund. Told the company to tell me where to send the garbage they sent me. Already over 2 weeks since started this mess. Stay away from them. Don't purchase anything from this scam company.

Sub par product and do not honor return policy.

You cannot return it or exchange it. No contact information just grabbed you charge card.
When I requested a return they said it had to be withing 24 hours.
What is that, maybe I didn't get mail that day, or was out town, 24 hours I tried to find who to contact.

Unfortunately this does not give the option to give no stars. It's pretty much a scam. If you try to return (even though they claim a 45 day 100% satisfaction guarantee), they will not give it to you. Their customer service emails you from "dummy" email addresses that you cannot respond to. I would NOT recommend ordering from them - my product was sub-par.

I sent 4 emails without a single reply.
This company is a dishonest business and does not care about customers.

I ordered a bra from them after reading the reviews for larger busted women, I needed a XXL the packet said XL but is was a SM .. they told me it was the correct size n offered me 10% refund, then 20% now 30% or send it back to Vietnam!!! For a full refund .. I will be doing a PayPal dispute

My order total was $65.69. However, they charged $92.62. I contacted them three times to inform them of the error, to date they have not responded. Will start proceedings immediately. Do not use this company.

I am trying return 2 pairs of Joggers I purchased. I have emailed them 5 times and they won't reply.

Would give zero stars. Item not as described. Company rips off unsuspecting customers offering a small percentage of total cost paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

As stated do not buy anything from this company. Pants way too small and of poor quality, not stretchy at all. They will not answer correspondence.

Ordered an item. It arrived to small. They would not exchange it. They wanted me to send them 20 us for an exchange item or they would pay me back 10% of order. Totally a terrible company. And the pants I ordered were of cheap thin quality. If I could have given a negative number I would have. Don't waist your money

I saw on Facebook the pants, they looked good but didn’t realise the company is from US, paid Au$77 and didn’t get any email confirming the purchase. When i googled the company and saw the reviews but it was too late. They replied that the merchandise is being shipped. Oh my god, such terrible sewing and quality. They said the return costs would be my costly and offered me a 15 % refund. For two lousy pants which were too tight for me, i can’t even wear them. Don’t ever buy anything from them. Scammers.
