KateCharm is a very shady company and are completely a scam operation. They confirmed my order with a phone number but when you try to call the number, it is no longer in service and they remain uncontactable for the most part. They also go by the name Lanicharm. I ordered two gel bras but upon receipt, I found the quality to be very flimsy material, the fit was very poor and no where near the type of product that was advertised on Instagram. I immediately asked for a Return Label. I had to send several emails and finally I got a reply but they would not send me a Return Label, after which a series of back and forth emails started. I told KateCharm their practices were very unethical, that a customer has a right to return something that was not satisfactory and I asked for a full refund but they would not give it to me. Finally, it came down to a negotiation deal, I paid $54.91 and they wanted to give me 10% back initially which would have been five something. What good would that do for me? Then they offered me a 20% deal, saying that to send the product back would be very expensive. But if I did send it back to them, they agreed to give me a full refund. Stupidly, I said I wanted a full refund but upon going to the post office, I found out the cost of postage was $73 odd dollars with tracking which KateCharm asked for in order for me to get my refund. The postage far exceeded the worth and cost of the product. Disheartened, I could do nothing about it but not send the product back. KateCharm/Lanicharm scammed me and I had to learn a hard lesson for the future.

Buyer beware. The pants I received were knock offs. I ordered my usual size, and though these were labelled correctly, they were at least 2 sizes too small. Also the fabric was definitely not stretchy in any direction. Impossible to get a refund.

Absolute garbage. Couldn't return it or exchange them. They offered a 10 % refund lol. They don't follow their return / exchange policy. Very very poor quality. No support whatsoever.

Purchased a bra online you receive bra which took two weeks or 2 1/2 weeks to receive. The item did not fit. So I just want to return it and get a refund. I message the company Janycharm 2 to 3 times with the reply they were on or out of town the first week the second message they replied, said they would return a message within 24 to 40 hours. That was. three weeks ago. The product is not as described, and it doesn’t fit. This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

This is the absolute worst quality in anything I have ever purchased on line. The fabric is so cheap you can see through it. The stitching is all puckered. If I did not have to leave to go on vacation, I would be attempting to return this unusable pair of pants. Lesson learned. Never buy from this company ever again.

I purchased a pair of pants 2 to be exact and I ordered large and no way are they a large. They also were suppose to be stretchy and not a once of stretch.

This the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of pants. The pants were made of very flimsy material and they sent me 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I contacted them to sent me a prepaid shipping label. They have given me the run around for a week now.

They sent me a cheap and nasty rip off of what they were advertising. Was meant to be stretch avtive pants woth perfect drape and soft material. Got cheap absolutely no stretch, nasty plasticly fabric, badly sized and with zippers that are impossible to do up and come open even if you do manage to get them up. No good for me. I got them for active wear. A clear scam.

Dont believe a word they say! Ordered a bra as the marketing video was great for full busted woman.
Bra arrived - totally miss sized. Cup size to fit a teenager, chest measurement way too big and material so flimsy it would not keep anything in place!
I requested a refund and the response was nothing like their advertising of satisfaction guarantee and returns.
Website says: 45 day satisfaction guarantee, change size at not extra cost....the option they gave was for me to pay and additional $4.99 to send another bra which would not fit based on the item they originally sent!
I asked for shipping label address and was told that I can keep the product and get a 10% refund! Which does n ot even cover the shipping costs.

On the web they offer a sizing and fitting expert...Never heard from them or got advice after complaining! The product is a one size fits all l, xl, xxl with no cup sizes although the web site makes you specify a cup size when you order.

This is a scam.... do not buy from this company.

I purchased this item because, in addition of looking good, it had a 45 days unconditional warranty.
The item arrived after quite some time. The item looked good (no problem there) but the size was way,way off and was maybe made for a child as a training bra and not for an adult. I got in contact with customer service and been getting emails back stating they get back with me. 4 days now and no answer to my request for a refund !!! These are crooks and I caution people to purchase from them, they will not hold up to promised warranty. I will file with the BBB and hope this gets me somewhere and contact my form of payment and ask for a fraud alert for this company. I would give less then 1 star if I could.

If i could give ZERO stars I would! Worst company to deal with. I requested a refund since the bras were not as advertised. WAY TOO SMALL! After the company ghosted me, I contacted my apple card and after 8 months of back and forth they still think Katycharm should keep my money, go figure..... STAY AWAY!

After 5 months of waiting I asked them where my order was and they came back and said the address was wrong and gave me a zip code from god knows where. I KNOW my address and asked for a refund or the item and they said no refund due to them having the wrong address and would not ship item.

Was highly disappointed when I received the bras. Two sizes too small and that’s going easy on it. I tried to get a full refund and they refused and wanted me to pay for shipping to have them shipped back to Vietnam. Well, I got them. I disputed the charge on my credit card and got the money back that way in full. Do not order these bras.

DO NOT ORDER THESE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. THERE IS NO EAY TO GET A REFUND OR REPLACMENT. COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Received my bras two days ago. Received correct colors but about 5 sizes to small. After reading The Better Business reviews I'm not confident I'll get my money back. Should learn not to buy from these sham Chinese companies.

The snaps don't stay snapped. DO NOT buy this junk bra. I asked for a refund they asked for pictures i sent 3, then they asked for a video of it not staying snappped I declined due to nudity of my breasts falling out..they cant refund my money cause i wont send picture of my breasts to them....

I wish I had looked at these reviews. I only saw the ones in the company website. I ordered a 4x (46DD) the bras they sent fit my daughter who is a 42B. The company only offered me 30% discount. I am going to take screenshot of these reviews and the emails yo my bank so they can get my money back.

I’m disgusted with this scam of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT COOPERATE IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER. I had to have my bank start litigation with them and my bank refunded my money. They are COMPLETELY DISHONEST.

My experience seems to be the same as the others here. I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered 2 bras, they were not true to size and they only gave me a 30% discount. I can't believe with all these bad reviews, they haven't changed their way of doing things.

Also, BEWARE - on their website, they only show the good reviews!

I recently purchased 2 bras from Katycharm and the size was extremely small. They refused a refund, only wanted to give me a DISCOUNT on another purchase. I do not want anything else from them. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!!!!
