DO NOT USE! Awful customer service. I booked in to update a provided EICR and after the assessor did not turn up at the arranged time/date I was told that I had given the wrong phone number after I clearly had stated on the phone previously the need to use a specific number. After arranging another date (with email confirmation) where no one turned up, I was given another date. I checked in with them twice on the day to make sure that this will take place (again with email confirmation) and was told to wait until the person would come to the flat. As no one turned up again, and I called again, I was told the assessor was 20 minutes away, only to receive a text message from the assessor/third party that this was not booked in and it was still booked for a different date and they would not be coming round that day. Hence, I was lied to on the phone, no interest on their side to understand the circumstance, customer blaming even though I clearly stated on the phone the number and person to be contacted. On the phone itself, I was talked over and told again and again that it was my fault even though they had not taken down the number, never changed the booking for the appointment and I had emails to prove that they confirmed these appointments, and no one showed up. And by the way, it would have been very easy to resolve this but the keenness to continue blaming the customer rather than rectifying and making sure that appointments were kept, were deemed to be more important to this company. UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! And am expecting some customer blaming following this post.

Have been invoiced for a service that was never done. Required a Gas Safety Certificate, which they agreed to do and arranged for this to be done on the 10/2/25. They said the engineer would ring 30 minutes before arrival and gave me a 5hour window between 1pm - 6pm. No engineer! no prior call!. But very next day received an Invoice for the job. I then rang their number and spoke to Bilal who told me they had done the work, which they hadn’t, she said she would speak with the engineer and get back to me……still waiting!!!! Beware.

This is 100% a scam company. They price the lowest, find work to be done and send you a bill for unnecessary work. Avoid at all costs.

I paid £55 for gas certificate CP12 yesterday, the electrician showed up, and turned the boiler off in freezing -2 temperatures without informing the landlord, tenant has been freezing for the last 24hrs and the reason why the chap shut the boiler down was because the flue was less than 300mm from the door, the guy at the company who took my call just laughed and said we have done our job my friend, pay to get the remedial work done for a new certificate. The boiler was checked by the installer and it passed, also by British Gas and there was no issue with the flue, beware of such companies when you book their service.

Person arrived promptly after paying the £94.99. A half hour later he left.
No discussion or questions.
I then receive the EICR and it has failed .
Next I get a £600 quote to put in a new board and this will solve everything.
Apartment is 12 years old and is part of a large development . They will not give me details as to why it failed .
This company is not to be trusted .

Good service, they were just outside the timeframe to arrive, but it was easy to get through to a real person, and swift, thorough, efficient.

Competitive in price. Very quick to respond. Professional engineer visit for Electrical Certificate. Received by email as soon as paid. Seem like a new company. Would def recommend.... reliable. Easy communication.
