The pendant lamp I ordered to my home in Los Angeles in the U.S. was delivered on time, within 5-6 days, and undamaged. I was concerned about not receiving the product and getting ripped off but I decided to trust Lampmesteren and pay for the order with my card number. I would trust this company for my next purchase.

Great prices for Kartell accessories. Shipping a bit steep, but coming from Denmark, quite understandable. Even with postage, the product was cheaper than buying direct. I would definitely recommend this efficient company.

Lamp purchased arrived with a two pin plug, this was not specified on the website and not compatable in Ireland despite the fact that the website was a .ie
Customer service was abrupt to say the least and not one bit helpful. Will never again purchase from this site.

Terrible customer service. The website stated that the lamps I ordered were in stock but they were not and I had to wait almost a month for them to be shipped.
In addition to this they then got stuck in customs due to the sender not providing the correct information. UPS has contacted them several times and so have I, nobody replies. Its a week since the lamps arrived in the UK and I still do not have them. Absolutely ridiculous.

I received my lamp with a broken bulb, I replaced it with the same model type in order to be able to use the lamp. I am now being told that is what created an issue with my lamp and that nothing can be done for me which I find unacceptable

I've placed quite a few orders with Lampemesteren lately, and without exception they've all been delivered fast. I've had one order I had to return as the lamp ended up being too small (I didnt check well enough), and the customer service was very helpful and efficient. Despite considerable problems with the delivery company UPS, Lampemesteren did everything in their power to supply me with the item I ordered. It took a couple of months but they always answered my E-mails and tried hard to get UPS to see sense.

Otherwise the Lampemesteren lamp cable adjuster worked perfectly after I received it. :-)
