Ordering was easy and rubber fridge door gasket seal arrived promptly, so no complaints with service.
However it didn't solve the problem and my fridge door now not only has no suction but it won't even close and keeps popping open. It was old so unfortunately a new fridge/freezer has had to be ordered. It was 16 years old so I think that's pretty good time for an appliance to last.

All parts I ordered arrived quickly and were well packaged. Pleased with this purchase

Engineer turned up on time. Rang to let us know he was on his way. One of the most helpful people I have ever met. Explained what was wrong with our oven fixed it and answered all the questions we had about our oven. His name was Craig if you get this guy in your house you will get great service

No response to aftersales request - no phone number to call - when I found a phone number for the company I was then passed from one office to another only to be referred back to the same email address that's not responding. Poor aftersales.

*EDIT* Got a response after posting on here, so upgraded a couple of stars. Remained a hard work process.

Delivery to over a week, chimney extension came damaged in 3 places, although managed to hide. I won’t be using this service again, very disappointed.

Very good service from start to finish

Although the product ( a door shelf) fits my fridge it was very expensive for what it is, and slow to post.

Turned up missing parts
Now delivery delayed for some reason I still await my delivery and hope it’s complete this time

Pacifca insurance company beware they will mess you around back and forth, was a nightmare with my fridge customer service disgrace, they will probably reply to this message to make them look like they want to help, real reason they want your money every month for cover than his just waste of time, stay away from pacific insurance company

Fitter very pleasant and explained problem fully

Part arrived damaged a week late.
Said they would sent out correct part but never did
Then when requested refund sent a dud returns link which would not work as it was beyond their returns date

Your engineer was very reliable and polite Thank you

Filter arrived promptly and cooker hood looks as good as new again.

You charge £6.95 delivery and it still takes 5 days to arrive

My parts came seperately no communication about why i didn’t get some and still waya week later

The item did not arrive as was stated, the package came broken and the rubber seal was very very dirty I have to clean it before putting it on my freezer door this is totally unacceptable.

Took over 10 days and an e mail for my part to be dispatched

Poor communication. Informed of the fault with detail indicating oven door switch, Engineer came without a switch.
Another visit booked, then cancelled as no part only to be told it had been ordered with a weeks lead time. Rang weeks later after hearing nothing to now be told it needs to be ordered. When I raised that I was told it had, they went and checked and said its not available and someone will look at an alternative. Its been 2 weeks since and no call. On an appliance less than 3 years old
