Spelling wrong and garment of cheap…
Spelling wrong and garment of cheap quality. The spelling was completely incorrect, slow delivery time and the garment is of a cheap quality that I have experienced with other garments I have ordered from China. The stitching is very poor and not professional at all considering the cost. I was fortunate to order the shirts at full cost to determine the quality. Will be going elsewhere for full staff uniforms.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the spelling mistake and that the garment didn’t meet your expectations.
This is not the standard we aim for, and we completely understand your frustration — especially considering this was meant to test our quality.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the issue and how we can make things right. Thank you for your honest feedback — it helps us improve.

Beyond expectations, amazing.
We nervously ordered a field hockey goalie smock for Miss 14, to match her new shin pads, team with a theme here. The lovely, organised and quick responding Mia was our guiding light, she clarified sizing, provided options for font and checked in with us along the way. From first contact to delivery was less than 15 days, including our many changes and adjustments. The smock is beautifully sewn, the fabric is great quality and Miss 14 is over the moon. I have spoken about our outstanding customer experience to anyone that will listen and am now looking forward to the next theme based smock with confidence. Thank you Mia and Lalaky

Wow – thank you so much for this beautiful message! 💛 We’re beyond happy to hear Miss 14 loves her goalie smock (and that it matches the shin pads — we love a good theme 😄). Mia will be so touched to hear your kind words — she truly puts her heart into every detail.
It means the world to us that you’ve shared your experience with others. We can’t wait to help with the next themed smock — we’re ready when you are!

I like the idea of the product. I just wish they would have sent a proof for me to approve. It could have definitely come out better. Some pictures didn’t fill the slots and it didn’t look as good as it could have.

Great bespoke design
I ordered an ice hockey jersey and football shirt and both were exactly what I wanted. The design service was extremely supportive and flexible and helped create exactly the design I was looking for. The customer service was great and they were happy to help in any way possible. Would absolutely recommend using them if you want a particular design - they helped me replicate a product I couldn’t get anywhere else.

Product material very good
The product material, printing & colour is good quality, and attention to follow up & queries was prompt & helpful. Be sure to check size dimensions on the size chart & not just rely on size description you are used to eg XL ... look at actual stated dimensions & check your own.
