I went for hydra facial at Lake salon in NIBM, Mohammadwadi, Pune, having had this facial done at their New Delhi South Extension salon. The facial service I received was nothing like that, there was no machine used for the Hydra facial which was used last time. The staff did my facial using her hands. When I enquired about it she told me that though she did not use the hydra facial machine, she did use the products so it was still Hydra facial and I got charged 6,500/- for this.
They had the audacity to charge me the full amount while giving me half the procedure. On top of that she pushed me to go for a de tan face pack for which I was charged another 1000/-
After the service I was asked how was the service and I told her that I was disappointed because this wasn't Hydra facial, yet the receptionist kept trying to sell more services saying we are offering 40 percent discount on hair care and spa. I wanted to tell her to stop pushing her sale tactic on me when I'm not happy with your services.
When I complained I got told that they will offer me a complimentary manicure/pedicure. But I don't want to go, just give my money back for the service I never received, the facial I was given was not worth the price you charged me!

I purchased a 700 ml shampoo delivered on 12 Feb 2026, and the product expiry is May 2026, which is very close for a product of this quantity. I raised a concern with customer support on 13 Feb, but have only received automated acknowledgements so far. There has been no response even after follow-up emails.
Considering Lakme is a well-known brand, I expected better communication and a more customer-focused resolution process.

I am very much fed up with Lakme salon... Pahle mai lakme salon ambikapur chhattisgarh ki client thi maine vha series bhi liya tha 30000 ka lekin bhut kharab service thi unhone wax krte waqt skin hi nikal diya tha or owner se jab maine baat kiya to vo hamse hi bahas krne lge khair mere pas koi word hi nahi hai jo kuch bolu ...... Sirf itna rqst kr rahi ki mere no pe jo lakme salon ke msg aate hai vo na aaye ...... Mai lakme salon ke koi msg ya cl me intrested nahi hu infect mujhe to ghinn aati hai ..... So pls aage se khayal rakhe mere pas koi msg n send kre 🙏

Terrible online product experience. I had placed an order which was supposed to be delivered on December 27, 2024. Until December 31st part order was not even packed. I had mentioned to the customer care that i am travelling and will not be available from December 31 onwards. Since 28th December i called the customer care but all i received a response was we will get back. I asked them to process cancellation and refund and it was not resolved. Also i ordered an eye shadow pack and a tester was sent to me. I raised this concern as well and nothing was done. I received absolutely no response from the customer care. The toll free number is useless as noone knows what to answer. Terrible customer service.

I have booked an appointment at Lakme saloon Kukatpally V square building near forum mall.Waited for an hour in the saloon for a better professional to take my service.Once the professional is assigned to start the service later the professional got changed while I was still waiting with my attire changed.Faced a worst experience with management of the saloon.

Very good quality and wide range of products to enhance once inner and outer beauty. Price range to meet all levels. Provides products which need everyones need.

Good service wonderful hospitality and good people over here must come and visit 😍😍😍

We decided for a layering and what I got was two layers. Looks like a basic straight cut from behind. And local parlours will do better.

Plus, two sides length were different.
Hopeless service.
