I've never used this word in my life before, but here goes - bouji. Lordy, opening that box was the most excitement I've had in a long time. Beautifully presented, complimentary greetings cards, exemplary good will from customer service (my fault not theirs). I had another parcel the day before from another British luxury brand and the Lagom was miles better. Great price, great item, great service. Definitely proud to support this small business! Quality in every aspect! THANK YOU.

Great communication
Item I wanted was partly out of stock. I was kept updated as to when the shelves I was after were coming back into stock, with a follow up communication to let me know when they were available to order. Great comms making me feel like a valued customer

Excellent customer service
I ordered several wrapping papers from the Stig Lindberg collection to frame and display the beautiful patterns in my studio.
The first parcel arrived slightly wrinkled, but customer service responded immediately and sent a replacement at no extra cost. The new set arrived in perfect condition!
Fantastic service and a great experience — highly recommended!

Disappointing
Cards took a long time to arrive and when did they arrived in crumpled reused tissue paper and cards themselves a bit bent out of shape. Disappointing.

Orbitkey stainless steel keyring
I bought an Orbitkey stainless steel keyring in April 2025 and on 2 January 2026 it basically fell apart and seemed beyond repair. However it turns out that the key ring had a manufacturer’s warranty for two years and Hold were happy to replace it with a new one.
