The instructions on how to use it
Is in small print I at to use a magnifying class to read it. Bring back your old package box much easier to read the instructions.

Unfortunately it's completely out of our hands, BASF are having trouble getting the sleeves printed, we hate having to send them out like this. Devastated to get a bad review too, I hope they have got their act together in time for our next order .

Easy to order

Easy to order, quick delivery and easy to understand instructions.

Of course, I have yet to apply the treatment so can't comment on how effective it is.

Ordered nematodes at the first sign of vine weevil and was pleased to receive them promptly as always. We've come to rely on this really effective treatment.

Also, thank you for the advice you gave my daughter about box caterpillar - very useful.

Really good service

Really good service. My only complaint is the price of the item Nemesys which I found a bit expensive as I had to buy a larger quantity than I needed

Ordered a few times off Ladybirdplantcare and always very helpful on phone with advice, arrive when they're suppose to arrive and the predators are fresh. Keep up good work you have a repeat customer here.
