I ordered two lots of control on one there was a delay on the new stock of nematodes coming in so they sent a larger pack which they had rather than my
waiting.

quick, efficient and personal

Arrived alot earlier than I thought it would. Predators were alive and kicking on arrival. I had to hold on to them for about 3-4 days so I followed storage instructions and still very busy in capsule when used days later. Will be using this service on a regular as control and prevention. Thanks.

I have used nematodes for leatherjackets from Ladybird for the past four years and had no difficulty whatsoever in mixing the solution. This year it was different. The nematodes would not fully dissolve into a workable solution and although I used a more coarse rose than previously the undissolved part of the solution repeatedly formed (almost like ice) inside the rose. Thus watering took an exceptionally long time. Both packets that I bought had the same characteristics and may have been sourced from a different supplier to the one used previously. Unfortunately because of this experience I will have to search elsewhere for my next supply. Following email exchanges with Ladybird I have now received a 50% refund. Ladybird confirmed that the packets were from a different supplier but were said to be a superior product. I just hope that enough nematodes went through the rose of my watering can to do the job I wanted them to do. However Ladybird have given me a partial refund and I do thank them for that. Thus I will change my rating slightly upwards.

Broken on receipt. I have never had Ladybirdplantcare problems before, but on this occasion there was damage to the delivery box. It was plastic and just posted in a thin plastic envelope. The box lid split, water appears to have got in and the whole lot (usually dusty material) was in clumps and looked weird. Such a shame. I have photos of all this.
I was going to order nematodes for the beds but now do not feel very confident!
UPDATE: within 30minutes of posting this review I received a message form LadyBird saying they will sort out a replacement delivery - hence now 3* not 1*!
5* they are sending a refund same day. I will get them another chance as have used many times before no problems!

Rapid delivery by first class post. Product well sealed and instructions good. Ordered from Ladybirdplantcare after competitor's product failed to arrive twice after told it had shipped.
