Laboutik Arvostelua 

There was a slight lack of communication when I got an email from the courier saying that they had not received the parcel yet and so it could not be delivered on the expected date but it arrived perfectly 2 days later. Overall I am exceptionally pleased, although packing could have been better, but I appreciate the smaller scale nature of the company.

liked your website and i have already recommended to my friends several times.
Only thing i don like is the tiny window saying who bought this a min ago kinda thing.
This makes me hurry up to buy and made me nervous and not really great experience i have. Also i don want my name to be shown there.

Update (10/9): I originally gave them 3 stars, but I'm changing it to 1 star, because their communication is so poor. I made an order on 9/29, and I haven't heard a thing about my order and it's 10/9 now. I sent them a Facebook message and had to send a second one just to get a response that didn't confirm whether my order had shipped and if there was tracking. This company really needs to work on their customer service, because it's really lacking.

Maybe it's just my order, but I purchased an item online on Friday. It's now Wednesday of the next week and, as far as I know, the item hasn't shipped yet? Most places ship within 48 hours so I guess I was just naturally expecting that. But maybe they're really busy, so who knows?

Sep 4: order placed, ETA Sep 11 - Sep 18

Sep 8: Email from Laboutik requesting new postcode due to an error. I replied. No confirmation reply from Laboutik.

Sep 20: No package received. Emailed Laboutik requesting an update on the order.

Sep 21: Automated message from courier saying the order is dispatched. No communication from Laboutik. New ETA Sep 28 - Oct 5.

I will buy from Laboutik again because they stock beautiful garments; however, the experience has been horrendous. Hopefully there's no further issues with the delivery.

Things Laboutik could improve are:
1) being in communication,
2) in this instance case, offer to express ship at no extra cost
3) see 1)

Ordered some fine designer glasses from Han Kjobenhavn with the 50% sale which was the cheapest I could find online. Free worldwide shipping is epic and the package came well packed right on time in Belgium. With it, there was a businesscard included with a message handwritten on it mentioning my name!!! This makes my purchase so personal. You don't see that anymore nowadays...

I placed my order on the 13th, it was sent out until the 15th, my estimated receive date is the 24th. Unacceptable.

so thats the first stupidity in the title, secondly ive just unsubscribed to their emails also coming through regular before the clothes that i ordered arrived, and what else, well i had major issues with redeeming a promo code that they offered me! so the website is deffo crappy....and the postage has not been fast but that didnt bother me its bank holidays, until you start asking me for reviews. so if you looking for tips for improvement, then there you got one for your reviewing business model! good luck with it

The images on the homepage could be better with more detail shots in better quality. The site itself is not the clearest but able to find my way around.
Would be good to have more brands. brands like y project only had products from two seasons ago.
