The watch was beautiful and the engravement was perfect, even the packaging was something special and delivery super fast! On closer inspection, when the watch arrived, there was a slight issue. I emailed the company with proof, about the issue, and it was resolved immediately. Kasia's customer service was exemplary and a new watch arrived a few days later.
