La Maison Chic Arvostelua

Very pleased with purchase and would not hesitate in using this company highly recommended

Ordered an egg chair. Came quickly and customer service in this regard was excellent. Arrived with missing parts and sent for next day recorded delivery. My only gripe was the caller expressing doubt as to what i was saying regarding missing parts and insisted upon a photo first of missing fixings (photo of part where fixings should have been attached). Would recommend having more trust and respect in customers as at the end of the day it is customers who keep businesses afloat and pay wages. Having said all of that would definitely order again as they resolved issue swiftly and without any further concern.

Fantastic seller quick postage and item exceeded expectations thank you

Quality product, and was well packaged with quick delivery. 5 stars!

The Metal Silver Nautical Maritime Porthole Glass Front Ship Wall Clock that I purchased was absolutely beautiful. It was packed very well & my enquiries about the clock before I purchased it were answered very quickly. It was delivered within 2 days of purchase. I would definitely purchase from La Maison chic again. Highly recommend A+++

Ordered four white Starck inspired chairs. One of the chairs arrived damaged and customer services sorted it out immediately and apologised. A replacement was sent out and arrived within 48 hours. So polite and responsive. The chairs look fantastic and I would not hesitate to order anything from their lovely store in the future.

I required some outdoor bar stools urgently for a party. I found exactly what I wanted at La Maison Chic but was worried they may not arrive in time. I called them and spoke the the lovely Heol who reassured me that she would dispatch the bar stools as soon as she saw the order. Heol did exactly what she said and the bar stools were here in less than 24 hours! They are stunning.
Thank you Heol and the rest of the team for such excellent customer service. You now have a new loyal customer
