We absolutely love our new headboard it finishes the bedroom off perfectly. The customer service we received was very good. Thank you Maison Haven.

You don't show stock availability on your website, instead you say "For in-stock items, delivery takes 2-3 weeks across most areas of mainland Britain". What you don't say is that if items aren't in stock, you have to order them from somewhere (probably the far east) and they can take many weeks to arrive. So, you're taking a customer's cash and asking them to bankroll your purchases. We ordered on 2nd Feb, and needed the items by 19th March. You couldn't get them in time, we cancelled on 25th March, you said we'd be refunded within 14 working days and now you're suggesting the refund could be as late as 17th April? It's appalling treatment of "customers". We're not your bank, we're customers trying to buy products from you. Stop wasting people's time - if you haven't got stock, say so on the website, and give customers a chance to go elsewhere.

It would have been 5 but the wait and lack of communication until I emailed them.
However now my bed has arrived I am delighted.
The bed is amazing and I sleep better in it.
Also delivery lads were really good. Polite and helpful. Thanks to all.

I purchased the Rococo Heavily Carved French Bed Antique white in King Size. The bed is absolutely stunning and exactly like the image on their website , the hand carving is beautiful.
The customer service is 10/10. I ordered the bed as a pre order, and they sent regular updates with images of my bed being made. Whenever I had a question I would get very fast and detailed response in email. The customer service is amazing.
I also got the bed delivered to me and brought to my third floor in my house and made by the two men. The date and time was agreed upon prior by email. They came exactly at the time we agreed on! It took them only 15 minutes to carry my bed up and to make it . And the two men were lovely .

I wanted to change our headboard, I found an excellent selection here and the one I wanted, easy to order. I got immediate confirmation of my order and an approximate delivery time. Prior to delivery the company made sure the day/date was convenient. In my case I needed to change it, and this was easy to do.
The headboard arrived on time with regular updates. It was extremely well packaged and the delivery driver very helpful and polite.
The headboard itself is of excellent quality.
I would definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thankyou!

I chose a french style bed and went ahead and purchased it with out asking sny questions ,maosons contacted me to say it was out of stock ,did i want to wait,so i decided too,They kept in regular contact with me by phone and e-
Mail Also i got to choose a colour which i didnt no i could ,so i chose pink,Not everyones choice but it looked well,The bed was being shipped from abroad and was slightly delayed which i wasnt to bothered about,Then on arrival i could of had just before christmas or in new year ,i waited and had delivery today,which was perfect ,delivered,built,shown asked if all was ok b4 leaving,And on leaving they took all plastic and cardboard with them too ,So for me PERFECT ,andvi wpuld recomment so THANK YOU to you and your son xx

Coffe table with some storage in the drawers and some space under as well . Fits perfectly with my living room current furniture and a good quality too.

I ordered the Mayfair ottoman storage upholstered bed, and I can tell you it is absolutely amazing quality, the material is so nice, and the storage under the bed is great to have, it's good for storing all your bed sheets extra pillows and towels that you may have. Customer service is brilliant, they are really helpful!
I will definitely be ordering again.
