Worst retailer ever! Real scam, do not buy anything from them
I purchased a pair of loafer from them. There was no mention of the parcel will be sent from China. It took 25days to receive.
I missed the ceremony I wanted to have them.
Then it comes the wors part. The shoes are not the ones shown on photos. 100% different and very bad quality, very poor finish.
That’s fine I said, I will return it. But Noooo, they say that I have to return it to China with all the return costs and the custom fee!!
It is rubbish that a pair of shoes I bought £50, I have to pay £42 to return to seller, and then if they are happy with the return, they will refund my money

Unfortunately I wasn't able to give 0 stars, avoid at all cost cheap shoes coming from China, fob you off with discounts luckily I paid through PayPal and won my initial cost of boots.

☆AVOID☆
Ordered wellies from this company. when they arrived they were beyond cheap and nothing like the picture.
I emailed straight away to organise refund and they fobbed me off...when I emailed again they told me it was too late for refund... A Disgrace

Scam scam scam.Such poor quality boots it arrived after nearly a month nothing like the picture described such cheap crap, flimsy plastic not embossed leather like on the picture. Says that company is in Netherlands but ships from China. 70 quid down the drain and no customer service that I can see. Scam scam scam
