The delivery was very fast. It rained but the delivery guy came. The product is working well. Also, I loved the customer care. She picked calls and assisted were she could.
I will buy again some other stuff.

I purchased a steam flat iron, and it looked as described. But to my surprise, it was delivered within a few hours of purchase.

Goods were delivered as stipulated in the order.

Thank you Kweli for your reply to my previous review. Indeed order #34554 was originally submitted as an installment payment but was subsequently cancelled. The new agreement was 1,090,000 for ONLY the freezer. A payment of 1,000,000 was made on 18th August with the remaining balance of 90,000 to be paid on delivery. Because of the disagreements on transaction fees in your preferred mode of payment, you asked us to pay an amount lower than the 5k. Despite the payment Kweli said they wouldn't deliver unless the remaining balance of 90,000 was paid. However, after paying the remaining balance we were informed that the freezer was out of stock and told to wait until mid-September. It was made clear to Kweli that we cannot wait since we had identified another vendor who had it. The problem is Kweli doesn't want to make a refund and is not willing to refund the money until up to 7 working days. How difficult is it to make a refund for an order you can't fulfil?

The installation was perfect,the engineer was very co-operative and communicated how to use the appliances installed,BUT I think we have to be very clear when we talk about what is contained in the package coz there is wrong perception that installation includes wiring the security lights and inside wiring.
