Boring food and ridiculous anti-cancellation tactics.
I never write bad reviews but this company was terrible. The food tasted like cardboard and had a terrible consistency (please bear in mind that taste is personal preference). The company also tried to force us into 2 weeks of subscription by making the cancel button unavailable for 2 weeks which I am almost sure is illegal.

So many delicious meals! I've been struggling with finding any meal plan type services due to my dietary restrictions for so long. Kurami offers such a diverse range of options and each and everyone of their dishes are incredibly flavourful and filling. Despite a bit of a kerfluffle with the delivery, the customer service team - especially Camilla managed to sort everything out perfectly.

I have never tasted better quality ultra healthy super food, I can't recommend Kurami enough! This company really cares about what goes into their products and how each ingredient benefits their customers.

First of all DPD delivered our parcel…
First of all DPD delivered our parcel late and put it in our post box rather than ringing the buzzer or leaving it with our neighbours. It was in our postbox over night and we are worried that the fish and chicken might have gone bad. Secondly it’s disappointing to see things like Xanten gum etc in the supposedly fresh meals.

Regarding the delivery, we have addressed this matter with our delivery partner, DPD, to ensure that such instances are minimized in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the package being placed in your post box instead of your indicated safe place.
At Kurami we pride ourselves on the high quality of the ingredients in your meal, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality ingredients in all our dishes. All of our meals are made to order, the day before delivery, from scratch, in our London-based kitchen. We will review the ingredient labels to ensure that they are improved on!
The xanath gum and other ingredients on the label derive from the plant-based milks used to make some of our dishes.
We apologize for falling short of your expectations in this regard. We take your concerns seriously and will review our quality control procedures to ensure that the ingredients meet our stringent standards.

Love this food and the concept. I am a PT recommending it to my clients as there are greta nutrients in the food unlike some other food delivery offerings. Real care goes into the food. The customer service is also awesome. Look forward to seeing these guys grow and cant recommend them enough.

Super tasty & generous portion sizes
Fast, secure and products were very well chilled using a special gel bag and innovative wool based protective bags. The food was of very high quality and very generous on the meat portions. Well recommended.

I absolutely love Kurami food and always look forward to the delivery. The food is gluten-free and healthy as well as tasty. The menu is well-thought and balanced. I always go for the pescatarian option and all my dietary needs are adjusted for. I never feel hungry with Kurami meals. My favourite are their mylks and energy balls! The customer service is also very helpful.

Amazing service

The meals are varied, filling and tasty! The customer service I have received in pausing/ changing/ restarting my plan has been very good. I was apprehensive of the cost but these meals save me the hassle of thinking of healthy dinners/ lunches and I save money by not getting takeaway. Also is a lot of food for one day so you can make it go further by saving some for the next day!!

Great food, flavours and service
I have been really impressed with the overall experience since I started using Kurami.
The food tastes as good as it looks on their marketing and social media.
The deliveries are consistent, and flexible when I am not at home.
The price point is very reasonable given the quality of the ingredients and current operating costs we are all experiencing personally and in business.

Simply wonderful
This is the first time I've used a meal delivery service, so I have no benchmark, but I have been absolutely delighted with both the service and the quality of the food. I wasn't sure what to expect, having chosen the calorie controlled vegan option (a mini-detox!) but the dishes have been wonderful - so flavourful and diverse - and the portions are great. I haven't been hungry once. I'm currently only on day four of five, but I already feel like an improved version of myself. Excellent all round and I can't recommend Kurami highly enough.

Re purchasing this great food again
This is my third weeks repurchase of Kurami’s very tasty and healthy food. It has been varied each day with terrific flavourful food that has incorporated many different types of vegetables as well as protein. The volume of food is very filling and the variety makes sure you don’t get bored.

My favourite service in london
I don’t even know where to start describing how much I’ve come to rely on this service. I don’t like long reviews but I’ll just say I am insanely busy all the time and have been feeling weak and unhappy with my eating habits, Kurami has changed all of this. With a stellar customer service that’s always friendly and jumping over itself to make sure everything works perfectly, and food that is seriously so good you won’t want to order anywhere else, just do yourself a favour and try it

Amazing customer service and tasty food
I had such an incredible experience with Kurami I am definitely going to become a regular. Customer service was kind and impeccable, going above and beyond to ensure I would have a good experience regardless of my very specific dietary needs and some mistakes I made upon placing my order. They were so understanding and did way more than I could have asked for to help. The food was just incredible, with rich and complete flavour profiles that I would reach for anytime. The drinks were also fresh and lovely. I’m happy to say I felt coMfortably full after eating but I didn’t feel drowsy or weighed down. Overall amazing experience that I am going to recommend to all my friends and family as well as continue purchasing
