Tried to buy through Zalando, but they just cancelled my order and didnt give any reasoning. The next day all the products were removed from the site. Abslolute trash.

Hi Pascal. Thanks for your feedback. I can see you ordered the Ramon overshirt. We have not had any comments on the sleeve lenght but absolutely something I will look into to see if we should add a few centimeters for future designs. Thanks again Pascal :)

Irregular sizing
Have the Lars jumper in two other colours and have got a third. However this latest one is a totally different shape, size and thickness which is disappointing as I love the other two

Qualitative shirts - disappointed they're not made in the EU/Denmark
Kronstadt shirts are a good fit, last long and are made out of as much natural materials as possible. Only negative remark is that they're not made in Europe, which you would expect for the average price of their shirts. My next purchase will be with a similar but local brand.

Hi Vic. Thanks so much for your feedback. We change production from time to time and we have a good manufacturing partner in Portugal we work with depending on collection and style. Many of our items are produced in Istanbul due to their expertise in especially shirts and the great cotton quality from Izmir. We will be posting production info on our new blog when launched. Thanks again Vic.
All the best Luca
Ringe pasform. Intet svar fra kundeservice. Langsom returservice.
Jeg bestilte to Carlos trøjer i forskellig farve under Black Friday.
Men fik intet svar.

Tak for din feedback. Rigtig god dag. De bedste hilsner Luca

Some wrong items
Edit: costumer service managed the problem and were really nice. Items are good quality
First comment: On my order i received an item instead of another one. In addition to that on a 3 shirt pack, one was off the carton band and with a different size (M instead of XL). So I had to return the things and I don't know when i will receive the correct items
