I would love to give more stars if I could! This is a legitimate company making beautiful bracelets. The bracelets based on your selection are vibrant, shiny, strong and gorgeous in many color choices. I bought 8 and I know I will buy more.
I’d like to give a shout out to Pearl whom I emailed to get an update on shipping and she very quickly provided and update. They arrived just as she said they would.

Very happy with my purchase, the beads are light and smooth and so easy to leave on all day.

First I have to give kudos to this shop for the impressive customer service. I was thanked for my order personally and was even sent a message by the owners of the shop checking to see if I had received my order. They were extremely responsive and helpful and I genuinely felt like they cared about if Inwas happy with my order.

Once I received my order I was absolutely thrilled. I ordered 6 bracelets. A mommy and me set for myself and my daughter. The quality is impeccable. The beads on my particular sets were smooth and comfortable against your skin and do not get caught on your clothing which I can appreciate. The colors were gorgeous and iridescent. They look very chic and I have received many compliments.

I am beyond pleased with my order and every once in a while I splurge on a purchase solely based on wanting an item that I really love and this purchase was definitely that!

I was concerned because my bracelet took longer than expected to be delivered. I emailed Koss and had excellent customer service support including a f/up email. Very attentive and personal care.

Received a beautiful bracelet from my son for Mother's day. What makes it so precious are the Japanese beads, beautiful design & colours but will be special, reminding me of my son, as is moving to Japan to work, in a couple of months

Absolutely love these and have about 10 now which I wear all at the same time. Always get loads of questions and compliments. My niece pinched a couple last time I saw her so I ordered her some more and some more for myself.
Would totally recommend these if youre in any doubt at all. order them you won't be disappointed.

I received 2 sets of bracelets in a timely manner. One of the bracelets had a broken string. I emailed a picture and within the same day Koss had mailed me a new one with quick shipping. Very pleased with my bracelets!

Les bracelets sont de mauvais qualité.J'ai retourné les articles en demandant le remboursement. Ils ont bien reçu le retour et depuis plus de nouvelles. Aucune réponse a mes mails, aucun remboursement de faites de leur part. Par contre pour vous envoyer des mails publicitaire avec de remises de 50%, ils savent faire.

Very nice look. Different from others on the same style.

I have had NO issues with Koss.. I think they are mangnificent!!! The bracelets are beautiful, feminine and definately glass. Perfect for casual wear but I have worn them on serveral formal occasions too and always get compliments. All is as advertised. I have purchased multiple bracelets for myself, family and friends.
