Scam! Ordered ceiling fan but product delivered was a completely different product in different colour! Requested return / refund and been told I must return to China on my expense (£48) before a refund could be processed
They sent the incorrect colour ceiling fan. When contacted about this I heard nothing back. They have a phone number on their website which doesn't work and no way to initiate a return without emailing them.
Completely Useless. Ordered 2 shelvces, after 2 weeks they sent completely different item, (don't even know what it was, bit of junk). They said keep this and would send the correct items. After 2 weeks the replacement items still not arrived. Chased up multiple times and they suggested providing a 25% refund and could no longer supply shelves, (even though they are still advertised on their website) Fraudsters!!! will be persuing with CC company.
Avoid this company at ALL costs.
Bought a Vintage Table Lamp from them, took 3 weeks to arrive, as it transpires it's coming from China.
It bears little relation to the image on their website, just cheap tat, and the quality is dreadful, all plastic, and the lamp stem was bent to one side.
Their customer service phone number is bogus, non existent, "number not recognised".
Emailed them several times, requesting refund. They asked for photographs, which I sent them. Have now asked them eight times for a return label & refund, as per their publicised '30 day money back guarantee'.
They've ignored this, and said they're going to send me a replacement lamp, no doubt more complete tat. They've now stopped responding to my emails.
Please, please, do not purchase from this duplicitous company!!!!!
Bought two so called heavy duty door mats.when they arrived they were flimsy and not suitable for outside use.nothing like the photo on the website.
I emailed them asking for a return slip as they say you need and haven't heard any more from them,and don't expect to now I have read the other reviews, so have lost £70.
Definitely avoid this company.
Just one big scam of a company 2 phone cases that cost me £68.00 never to turn up , didn't even get an email from them , now visa are investigating
Ordered a very useful looking portable food heater to use for a specific event. Didn’t receive email confirmation of the sale but a few weeks later got an email to say delivery was delayed (with a tracking link that didn’t work). Item arrived finally too late for me to use. So I requested a return shipping label as explained on the website. Since then I have had various (possibly ai generated) replies which are designed not to respond to my request. Moving to chargeback now and legal action.
I recently placed an order and it took over 4 weeks to get to mine. In the meantime I purchased something else and requested return and refund…it’s been going backwards and forwards with me taking photos and I have now been waiting for over two weeks and still no answer! They keep emailing me wanting more photos….its a joke! The quality of the table lamp is awful by the way…looks good on photo but it’s very very cheap quality
DO NOT ORDER FROM KOPELIT! Such a scam as others have found too. Terrible quality product which I realised I wanted to return as soon as I opened it. I requested a refund and they used a range of tactics to confuse and distract me from persuing a refund. An initial promising email stated
'We will send you a free return label along with all the necessary instructions. As per our 30-day returns policy, there is no cost to you.'
However, after this I received a reply in another language followed by another reply saying I had contacted the wrong 'store' and that they were not 'Kopelit' (despite it being the same Kopelit email I had used prior). It appears the company trades under the name Homirie as well and tried to use this as a diversion. It took a number of emails to get them to acknowledge they were Kopelit at which point they stated that I could have a refund if I posted the item to China at my own expense. I exchanged many emails quoting their first response to me and their website regarding free postage for returns but to no avail. They WILL NOT REFUND this poor quality item. Waste of my money and waste of so much of my time. AVOID.
Do not and I repeat, DO NOT use this store. I ordered a 3 blade designer ceiling fan and the site said it has a UK warehouse. Realised when I got the shipping note it was coming from china. What finally arrived was a much smaller cheaper 5 blade fan. Totally misrepresented. No reply to any emails so far. Will have to do a section 75 chargeback to credit card. Buyer beware.
Ordered and paid for a ceiling fan assuming that it was coming from Spain. Order did arrive except that all tracking information indicated China as land of despatch. Product did arrive 3 weeks later but was the wrong product and missing the control unit so did not even work. Customer support did reply but did not recognise the Order number, KP1195, even though it was referenced on all order documentation. No longer responding to any email communication and contact telephone number is not operational. Avoid this company at all cost, hiding behind a fancy website!
Ordered a chair rug a week ago and never heard anything since .. so suspect it’s a scam. Will probably have to reclaim my money back from Visa.
Do not order from this site.. order arrived and wasn’t what I ordered and the quality is very cheap, definitely not worth the money. They say they are from Spain but when investigated the products are China and India. Scam!!!!!
Do not buy from this business. I ordered aluminium lights and received small plastic ones and now they’re saying I didn’t order from them even though I’ve forwarded the order confirmation

I just received the order it's not air conditioning or a good heater very weak airflow it's just air fan not worth the money not honest sale.
Strange company no reply to emails telephone call and number not connecting unable to order with PayPal seems very suspicious have not ordered for that reason
Delivery was exactly on time. The lamp looks te same as on the picture
