The concert I ve been watching was very fun and well organised. I was very excited to see exactly Urgant and Pozner being together and the way the scene went was amazing and I have a feeling that they were next to me and with everyone in the same time. Great work and happy to have been part of this.

Kundenservice genau so schlecht wie Ticketkauf
Beim Kauf der Tickets konnte KEINE Ticketversicherung abgeschlossen werden.
Am Tag der Veranstaltung sind 2 Personen mit denen wir das Event hätten besuchen wollen krank geworden und es war keine Rückerstattung möglich.
Beim Anruf des Kundenservice war erst niemand erreichbar, bis wir dann zurückgerufen wurden und man kaum etwas verstanden hat, auf Grund der Lautstärke und des gebrochenen Deutsch der unfreundlichen Frau. Sie konnte uns erst nicht helfen und sagte sie müsse eine Kollegin fragen und uns dann wieder zurückrufen, also warteten wir wieder bis sie anrief um uns zu sagen, dass wir nichts bekommen, weil wir erst am Tag des Events Bescheid gegeben hätten. Wir erläuterten darauf hin, dass die Betroffenen Personen erst an dem Tag selbst erkrankt sind und es dafür sogar ein Attest gibt, aber das interessierte die Frau nicht, sie hörte nicht einmal mehr zu.
Ich würde nicht wieder dort kaufen und es auch niemandem empfehlen.
Nächstes Mal eindeutig wieder über Eventim!

All of our tickets contain barcodes to ensure they can be scanned at the entrance. It seems, however, that you may have shown an invoice at the door, which does not include a barcode. The invoice also clearly states that it is not a ticket.
