Los asientos que se muestran en blanco (dependiendo de la configuración de luz de la pantalla - en gris) no están disponibles y no se pueden pedir. If you mean the posters for the individual events, these posters are usually in the language in which the event takes place. First thing that I liked is the immediate visibility of the sitting plan, free spaces and prices.

Sistema colapsado
Intentamos durante hora y media sacar las entradas, el sistema colapsado, conseguimos por fin escoger asientos y al pagar, cayo el sistema, al fin recuperamos y pagamos con Paypal.
Me dicen que hay problemas con el pago y despues de tres días y muchos mails, por fin tengo mis entradas!!!
De todas maneras, aún con las dificultades habidas, estoy contenta de que se haya solucionado todo y pueda ir al concierto.

El número excepcionalmente elevado de fans al inicio de la preventa ha provocado también un aumento de las consultas por correo electrónico.
Con respecto a su pago:
Normalmente recibimos una notificación automática de PayPal informándonos de que se ha recibido el pago.
Lamentablemente, en este caso no ha sido así, por lo que hemos tenido que verificar el pago manualmente.
Nos alegramos de que el proceso se haya completado con éxito y de que sus billetes estén en su poder.

Pésimo servicio en la venta de entradas…
Pésimo servicio en la venta de entradas de Dimash en Barcelona, más de una hora para conseguir entrar, sin establecer cola de ningún tipo, y después al menos otra hora sin que funcionara el pago con ninguna tarjeta de crédito; además imposible visualizar tus órdenes en kontramarka.com, tuve que entrar por kontramarka.de. Se que van a responder que el servicio se restableció rápidamente pero cientos de personas somos testigos de que no fue ast. Espero que hagan algo para que no vuelva a suceder
