They sell really attractive jewelry that I like. The designs are unique and original. Choosing one is made easy on the site and even on your phone. Paying was a breeze and tracking my order was doen correctly as well. One item I received broke immadiately after putting it on. Only 1 message to their customer service solved this without any hesitation. I like that. Together with prompt mail reply. I can recommend these guys. I will surely order again.

Unfortunately they were too small for wrist and I didn’t actually like what I had ordered.
However, sent them back and promptly issued with a refund. So I’m happy.
I would recommend and have confidence in the company if I order in the future.

Habe 2 Ohrringe bestellt. Lieferung und Versand waren schnell. Die Ohrringe sehr sehr schön. Einer der beiden war verbogen. Das kann passieren. Viel wichtiger ist wie der Kundenservice damit umgeht. Der Kundenservice hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr bedacht eine Lösung zu finden die beide Seiten zufriedenstellt, was auch schnell gelungen war. Ich bin total zufrieden und kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

This is disgusting. You sent me a bracelet with human hair woven into it—strands are sticking out. Also, I ordered light blue, but you sent dark blue.

Delivery was prompt.
Not sure that the necklace is very sturdy - it was expensive for the quality that it is.
The stretch bracelets will probably snap before long but they weren’t over priced.

I made an order they first mixed the size and sent wrong one,
I had to order again pay extra and the quality is sooo poor!! Now I’m waiting for over a month for them to process the refund. It’s such a shitty company and quality, never again.

Love their products because they're high quality and fit nice. The only thing I don't like is that shipping to the US takes a bit long.

Kompsos is the company that every company should strive to be.

Unfortunately, due to incompetence from CTT (national post office from Portugal) the delivery didn’t make it because they marked it as delivered without any signature or confirmation from me.

Despite that, kompsos did everything they could to understand what happened with post office and after lack of responsibility from the other company, they offered a refund or a voucher.

Definitely will buy accessories from them in the future.

Quick and efficient website and checkout. I've brought two lots of these bracelets now, almost a year apart. they're so durable, I'm very active and have a very physical job, not broken a single one yet and I wear them 24/7. I've brought more due to wanting variety in colours. Best bracelets ever!

I had ordered two bracelets and one came apart. Customer service responded right away willing to refund or replace the item. I was very happy with the quick response and understanding of the issue.

I ordered an evil eye bracelet for my husband as a birthday present. Communication was really good and it arrived super fast. Husband was really happy with the bracelet, it’s extremely well made and looks really good. Very happy
