Great designs, great quality and great customer support

They couldn’t have done more after I ordered the wrong size bracelet, the order has gone in but I reached out by email the same night to explain the wrong size was ordered , I didn’t expect anything to be done but I got a reply by email the next day to advise they had changed the order To the correct size and it has been dispatched, first class service and went above and beyond

Order delivered in reasonable time and very well packed, but the metal part of the bracelets were so tiny, really tiny and cords too thin, mot exactly what I expected.

Ordered 1 ring and 2 bracelets; The golden tooth ring and the evil eye bracelet were perfect, both visually and wearing them. Unfortunately the other bracelet (Sailing Cord Bracelet With Sterling Silver Clasp, tangerine color) was not as described with a different colour. The custom service told me that products may have "slight" differences from the photos on the shop (though I am not sure how slight can be going from a tangerine to a neon orange)

I have way too much of this stuff, some of the cheaper items and some really nice forever pieces. Excellent quality and customer service.

Despite the fact that it takes 15+- days to receive your order, couriers are sending updates via email.
I received my order with all items in perfect condition.

I had a very disappointing experience with Compos.

I placed an order of 6 bracelets, totaling $727 after seeing multiple ads on Instagram and deciding to give them a chance. I was even considering a potential business collaboration if the quality was good.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable.

One of the bracelets arrived in a clearly used condition with visible marks on it,not new as expected. On top of that, two bracelets were completely missing from the order.
What’s even worse is that I reached out multiple times via email and messages, and received zero response. No customer service, no accountability.

For a brand that presents itself as premium, this level of quality control and customer support is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Compos.

I received all 6 bracelets, which look the piece in my wrist.

I love my bracelet but I had to contact Kompsos to ask how to open it up
All sorted now and it looks great on my wrist
