Best customer service + product
I purchased a special edition of KOMONO many many (9?10?) years ago, and it has always worked perfectly. Last year, I wanted to update my strap, but was having trouble finding the one that could fit my watch. The client service was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the strap I needed, and even finally sent me the strap free of charge. I would always recommend them for the quality of the products and the QUALITY of their team and customer service.

You can buy a great product - so great that when it is totally worn out after many years of outstanding service to you, you want exactly the same product. That's when you know you are dealing with a great company. They searched and found the exact sunglasses that I wanted to replace... not pushing to sell their latest model, just looking to please a customer - from abroad - and pleasing me they did. Great customer service
Great customer service! I have Komono Magnus watch that has been in mint condition for many years and I love to wear it. It just needed a new strap after more than 5 years of daily wearing and since the model is out of sale, Komono immediately sent me a last piece on stock free of charge. This is a love brand act :)

Goede service en look voor de betaalbaarheid
Prachtige horloges met een goede prijs voor hoe mooi ze zijn.
Net als ik bij anderen lees ging het bandje van mijn horloge na verloop van tijd stuk. Heb komono gemaild en een nieuw bandje opgestuurd gekregen. Natuurlijk niet de bedoeling dat een horloge kapot gaat maar eerlijk is eerlijk, voor de prijs een zeer goede manier van doen op deze manier! Tevreden!

Super mooie designs, maar de kwaliteit stelt echt teleur. Heel jammer! Het bandje van mijn horloge komt steeds los! Ook zijn deze zeker NIET waterresistant, dampt gewoon aan (ze niet waterproof, i know)

Mooie horloges van extreem slechte kwaliteit
Het is ontzettend jammer dat deze zo mooi ontworpen horloges heel snel stuk gaan. Ik had een horloge gekocht via Bijenkorf dat al snel niet meer liep. Komono heeft toen netjes een nieuw horloge gestuurd. Maar na een half jaar ging dat ook stuk. Vervolgens nog een horloge opgestuurd gekregen en ik had zo gehoopt dat het nu wel eindelijk goed zou zijn, maar nee, dat is ook een aantal weken geleden vastgelopen. Na onderzoek bij de juwelier bleek het uurwerk stuk. Ontzettend jammer, maar ik ga natuurlijk nooit meer daar een horloge kopen. Hou het voorlopig bij de betrouwbare merken zoals Seiko.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
It happened to me to have a little problem with a pair of Komono sunglasses that I bought from a store and when I reached out to the company for their help, they were unexpectedly kind and generous with me, that they shipped me a brand new pair of sunglasses without any charges.
I wish more companies would have such a great customer care like Komono!

They get you to sign up for their newsletter to get 10 % off, and then the code doesn't work at checkout. I've tried applying their sales codes in the past, and they never work either. False advertising.

Horloges zien er leuk uit, kwaliteit teleurstellend
Horloges zijn van slechte kwaliteit. Leren bandje twee keer vervangen omdat 'ie doorscheurde, steeds na een maand of 10. Kast is niet goed krasbestendig en cijfertjes lieten na 1.5 jaar los. Maar ja, wat verwacht je van een horloge van +- 80 euro...
