I have only been using it for 4 days
I have only been using it for 4 days, but the exercises are simple but challenging. The coach is very engaged. The only thing that was not quite accurate was the meal plan which I chose vegan but there were meat recipes. They do provide swaps so tjat is helpful.

Refusal of refund even on compassionate grounds
I have recently had a family member seriously ill in hospital & overlooked cancelling my 4-week subscription to Koi Yoga. The first I knew was to recieve an email from Paypal saying my subscription had been renewed, charging me $154.09. No reminder email, just processing the charge. I emailed them stating the reason I had missed cancelling but was told there would be no refund, even after submitting to a supervisor. This is a shoddy way to treat people as I'm sure these situations occasionally crop up that are beyond peoples' control. A little bit of compassion would certainly be appreciated, after all, we are all human!

The clarity of the information addresses all of the areas that affect weight loss. The testimonials from others who used the plan were helpful.
I don't like how the pricing is done. I paid for the one-time option after choosing another option. I thought it would adjust, but they charged me for all of the selections.
