This company is ruthless
This company is a scam. Don’t have anything to do with them, I applied for a free trial. Then realised it wasn’t worth continuing. The emails went to my junk folder and at the same time my mum went into end of life care. She died last week. So I didn’t think to check my junk folder. I would not have signed up for something which costs £150, which is how much they have taken from my account. They are being totally unreasonable about it. My husband is disabled and we are on benefits. £150 is a huge amount to us but they don’t care.
