Simple and integrates really well. There is a wrinkle if you use Apple ICalendar in that you must not have long events spanning days listed as timed events as this then blocks out the whole period from adding events via Koalendar but is resolved by switching such events to all day events farther than fixed start/ends. I love the way that it makes setting up meetings and servicing them by automatically creating Google meet meetings and confirming with both parties.

It makes the job with a democratic approach

I absolutely love this platform. First of all, the name itself is just too adorable. In the beginning, I had a bit of trouble setting it up, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Ever since then, the platform has been very easy to use.

Very easy to use and convenience to our company especially for provide a booking time slot for your customer. They can see our real time availability and book it directly.

I found Koalendar really easy to set up after the initial free trial. I was using Calendly but began to dislike their confusing layout, never being sure whether I'd set up all the variables correctly. Great support too!

Love it, makes life easy

Excellent design. The main purpose I used this service was to schedule project presentations in a large class. Students booked their own slots with no clashes. Initially there was a problem with students uploading their slides, but that was resolved within minutes by the tech guys - I have rarely seen such prompt, meaningful tech support in a web application.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Koalendar.com. The platform is extremely easy to use, simple to set up, and makes scheduling smooth and efficient. Everything is laid out clearly, which saves time and removes a lot of the hassle that can come with booking and calendar tools.

What really stands out to me is the customer service. Any time I’ve needed help, the support has been responsive, professional, and helpful. It’s always a great feeling when a company not only offers a good product, but also backs it up with strong customer support.

Koalendar is a great application. Powerful and most importantly, simple to use! At about 5pm I noticed an issue with too many appointment slots open. I emailed and heard back from them that evening. I provided more details and by the next morning, it was solved. They emailed me at 2:00am with the fix! Who does that? Even now, all I can say is Wow! Koalendar is the best!

It's just so smooth, works perfectly. Loved it!

Customer service.
Frankly, there are other free apps that do the same. Maybe if I was working and not retired.
But Koalendar has great customer service, is easy to set up and use, and looks professional. It integrates well with other apps.grea
