My experience with the Knowyoumore coach was excellent. The coach worked with interest, empathy and enthusiasm and I felt supported throughout the whole process. The coaching conversations we had really brought my mind into sharp focus and I was able to reflect on both my own actions and on the actions of others.
Having 6 sessions allowed us to explore all aspects of my professional life.
As a result of the coaching sessions, I feel much more able to handle the general stresses of working life and have new techniques to support me in dealing with situations positively.

My coach, Julia, was truly supportive - she really listened and provided constructive advice that made me think differently about situations. She immediately made me feel at ease which meant I could be honest and open. She provided lots of useful resources/tips/challenges etc. Great, positive experience.

I was given two hour long sessions with an excellent counsellor who was empathetic, able to quickly get to the kernel of the issues I was facing and very honest with me. She was able to help me take decisive steps to move forward at work and in life with a clearer focus on balancing the two in a positive way. Thoroughly recommended

I wasn't sure if the sessions would be of any real use to me; however, my coach was excellent - really engaged, a great listener, reflected on my issues and provided useful models to guide me through my situation. The whole experience has really increased my confidence in achieving my coaching for wellbeing goal.

Before the coaching process, the patient with which the Coach had to agree with a date to start the process was fantastic. During the process, the Coach listened to me attentively and figured out the appropriate area I could get assistance for the concerns I raised.

I was at a low ebb with my motivation, influenced greatly by my health, which was having an impact on both my job and personal life.
Phil took the time to identify how best he could assist me breaking free from the self imposed restrictions and set me on a course that has genuinely transformed both my mental health and my physical health.
Over a period of 12 weeks I cannot believe the changes I have initiated that have resulted in such positive results.
I would readily recommend Phil to anyone who needs to recalibrate their view of life and motivate them to rediscover what they are capable of.

I received 2 hours of professional coaching spread over 3 sessions. My coach was highly credible and experienced, and had worked with many others of my profession. They were careful to establish my requirements - unmanageable workload, poor work-life balance, challenges of trying to influence and negotiate with government and public sector bodies. They assisted identification of some techniques for relaxation and interventions to better boundary work. For the more thorny problems with no clear solutions, they identified executive resources which may assist, and further reading for me.
All in all, it was quite remarkable how much value was packed into the 2 hours.

I applied for the sessions for wellbeing and was linked with Colby.
I was going through a difficult time and Colby helped me with perspective and in realising I have choices. I thoroughly appreciated both sessions and the authentic help and support I received.

I was Partnered with Charli and had a great experience. At first, I was a little sceptical of the coaching and did not think I would get much out of this. I was wrong.
In my initial chat with Charli we established what I wanted to get out of the sessions and what areas we wanted to focus on. Over the next few weeks Charli & I developed a really good working relationship. Her questioning and listening skills made this process very easy. I have learnt a lot about myself both as a person and as a leader in the work environment. Some things I have taken from these sessions, will stick with me throughout my career.

Initially I was a sceptical about coaching, but after only a couple of sessions talking to Stefan, I started to notice positive differences in how I approach things. Through thoughtful questions he helped me get to the heart of what I wanted to move towards and why. Just having the space to organise my thoughts and priorities has made me much happier.

Eileen Moir was amazing at my NHS staff coaching for well-being session. She actively listened and allowed me to reflect on my well-being, identity aspects I needed to improve and signposted me to very useful resources. I would to totally recommend this service.

I have moved employment , not the company just my role for a temporary period of time. This has brought me many challenges and improved my learning in a very positive way.
On my first coaching session with Eileen we explored where I had been and where I was now, the very stressful path this takes and the emotional input required from myself. The hour long session passed very quickly and Eileen did have an impact on the way I was thinking of my journey. I believe I benefited from this coaching session.
My second session was not as insightful, I believe this was because I was aware that I only had two sessions and this would be complete at the end of today, I was also managing2 incident's in my job that day. I think if I was going to have more counselling I would ensure I was not at work and use a separate time where I could relax more and become more engaged with the counsellor.
I did feel I benefited and was more positive than before my counselling.

I really benefited from the coaching provided by Melanie Lawrie. She was extremely supportive and a very good listener. Thanks to her guidance, I have now changed the way I think and have continued to use the tools provided by Melanie in both my personal and work life. I would highly recommend the experience to both colleagues and friends.
