Knott Brothers Limited Arvostelua

Knott Brothers Ltd were absolutely brilliant. We had a survey done on a house we were buying and from start to finish they were so helpful, very quick at responding. Couldn’t thank them enough for all the help and support. Thank you 🙏

Adam did a fantastic job. He was lovely and made a process that I don't know much about, easy and understandable. It was very last minute on our end and he came within a couple of days and produced the report on the same day.

1. The surveyor attended promptly, had a very friendly yet professional manner, and was very personable;
2. He explained very clearly the task and how he would approach it. He explained clearly, too, the report we would receive and how we should proceed after receiving it;
3. He spent a good deal of time surveying the outside of the house and he investigated everything that you would expect, including reviewing the roof tiles using a drone - very thorough;
4. The internal investigation was equally thorough and I was surprised at some of the issues that were uncovered - I certainly hadn't spotted them;
5. The Report - very clearly set out and easy to follow with both verbal and pictorial descriptions. Also, a "green/amber/red" system made it very clear which snags should be dealt with asap;
6. Finally, the Report was emailed to me the evening of the day that the survey was conducted.

Very comprehensive and would definitely recommend Knott Bros.

We found Knott Brothers online and the service received was first class.Craig Wilson handled our instruction and was exceptionally quick at both arranging our snagging survey and submitting his report.I found his report very detailed and comprehensive and it identified many issues that I was not aware of.Craig followed up his report with a call to discuss a couple of issues raised and I was very comfortable with his advice.
In summary,I was very happy with the service provided by Craig,and would have no hesitation in recommending his services

Fast and wfficeint

Holly and team were amazing. The developers had a few delays yet holly managed to rearrange every time. Also the report it self was very thorough and helped us alot with getting the the developers to repair the snags.

Highly recommend

Hollie was so patient in organising the survey having several delays on exchange. The surveyors were helpful, offered good advice and produced a comprehensive report.

I recently had Knott Brothers conduct a snagging survey on my property, and I was thoroughly impressed. Their communication was prompt and clear, and they offered fantastic support in dealing with builders. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating my schedule with ease. Their meticulous attention to detail ensured nothing was missed. I highly recommend Knott Brothers for their professionalism and cooperation.

What a fantastic experience we have just had with the snagging report of our new build, Hollie was amazing and moved things around to squeeze us in during a very busy time. Adam who carried out the survey was professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thank you

Good communication and excellent survey with report speedily supplied!

Very friendly, professional service.

Craig, a very pleasant person, arrived on time and spent over 3 hours on the snagging survey.

Whilst we had picked up snags ourselves and passed these on to the developer, Craig point out snags that we would never have thought about and could have costly consequences in the future.

A very thorough survey which gives us peace of mind and was excellent value for money.

We asked Knott Brothers to undertake a snagging survey on a new-build house we are buying. The report was thorough, detailed and delivered to us the same day. Throughout the process customer service was exemplary. Great work and a great result. Thanks

Surveyor was friendly, pragmatic, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Spotted at least one major issue that had some how escaped 3 prior inspections in the builders sign-off.
Feels like money very well spent

Absolutely great service!
When Adam came for the first time to inspect the property there was still a lot of stuff unfinished (even though the developer promised everything would be ready for snagging by that date), so he could only check the externals. But a week later came back with no additional charge to complete the internals snagging - and produced the report super quickly.
Report quality was also very good and a lot of things were identified which we could've easily missed if checked ourselves.
Can't recommend them enough - great service, great communication and understanding.

Easy and efficient process. Good value. High quality work.

Great service, amazing response on the telephone & the report was detailed and sent the same day! Very impressed

Wonderful service, was given great advice and options on how to go about surveying my property and the report was very concise and easy to understand

Thank you Adam from Knott Brothers Ltd for doing our snagging inspection. We were lucky not to have many snags but the report is clear, easy to read and thorough. Highly recommend them :)
