Knott Brothers Limited Arvostelua

Craig, my surveyor was punctual, efficient and very professional. The survey uses a traffic light system to identify problem areas. He was very quick at identifying those amber and red areas which has indeed given me cause for concern. He even included concerns about a flat roof area outside of my apartment, that wasn't within the remit of the snagging survey I ordered but he included it anyway.
As a lay person, I would have been clueless about the red signal areas of concern and very glad indeed that I requested this snagging survey. Money well spent.
The survey report was emailed to me later that afternoon which I was very happy with. Craig then emailed the report to my developer and offered ongoing support if I should need it.
With my experience of Craig and indeed Hollie, who arranged the whole process with the minimum of stress, I would most definitely recommend Knott Brothers Surveyors.

Thanks Holly and Craig for providing great service and a detailed snagging report. We found you to be super professional and easy to deal with and even the developer of our new build house complimented your detailed professionalism.

Prompt, professional and genuinely helpful in fulfilling my exact requirements. Thank you

Great service from beginning to end from Knott Brothers Limited. Detailed report was very useful and would highly recommend Knott Brothers for new build snagging.

Excellent service from Knott Brothers. The whole process from booking the snagging survey right through to receiving the report was straightforward and efficient. Adam’s survey was extremely thorough and the report was received the same day. Definitely recommend this company.

I have just moved into a brand new house and wanted a professional snagging list to present to the developer. I did a little research and found Knott Brothers Limited.
I can honestly say that they have been a pleasure to work with. The conveyancing was problematic however Hollie (my point of contact) was very understanding and never at any point too pushy. We eventually got over the line and Craig carried out the survey. He was highly professional and added further problems to the report that I found a couple of days later. Would I use them again, in a heart beat. Thank you.

Hollie is brilliant and the report was very thorough.

Thanks

Craig Wilson was very patient because I had to move

Excellent service. Knott Brothers were quick to respond to all correspondence and were thorough win their work both in terms of the physical checking of the property and the report that followed. Polite and reassuring. I would definitely recommend.

Our surveyor Adam was polite, professional and very thorough. The report came through the next day and picked up points we would not have thought of as snagging. It also gives the developers an idea of what needs fixing in their language rather than from ourselves who are not versed in builders terms.
Well worth the fee and would recommend Knott Brothers to anyone buying a new build.

Craig was excellent when he came to do a snagging survey for my new house, he gave me a thorough and comprehensive snagging report. I would highly recommend Knott Brothers Limited.

First class report prepared on our snagging problems. Well received by the site manager who considered it fair and accurate. Kept in touch with Craig, our snagger, throughout via email. I would recommend them highly.

Craig was such an amazing person. His wealth of knowledge was worth us booking the visit. Things we would have ignored was opcked up and how fast did the report get produced.

We moved into a new build and wanted a professional, independant snagger to check our property. Hollie was responsive and helpful in organising this, and Craig came over to give us a thorough and comprehensive snagging report. Because of his accreditations, our builders have responded to the report quickly!

Excellent experience.
The snagging report captured things we would have missed which is why we wanted a professional to come in and survey our new home. Also, it was produced really quickly so we could pass it on to our developers and start the ball rolling.
I would highly recommend Knott Brothers Ltd as they were simple, responsive and professional to deal with from the start.
Thank you!

Very impressive concise report, in an easy to read format

Adam was excellent when he cam to do my snag survey. Very thorough and I had the report the very next day. Highly recommend
