Very receptive on a post order query and a quick resolution.

Purchased a light from Knog. Had a minor issue with one of the lights. The help I have recieved from Knog has been great. I hate the thought of just wastefully mailing something back and took the opportunity to see what the problem really was through intelligent, helpful communication for the light I received. Apart from this minor issue the product and service has been great.

An outstanding service. I had a prior problem with my Scout on my ride around the world, and they replaced it, no questions. Then I had a battery issue on the same trip, and they again, no questions, simply replaced it and I was back on my way. Just fantastic, especially Bridg. Thank you

I had a problem with a PWR battery that was within warranty but was out of production, out of stock, and therefore couldn't be replaced. So they offered me their newest, top of the line headlight as a replacement After checking out that light I decided it was missing some of the features of my previous light that I loved, so I figured it could be a good light for a helmet mount. So Bridg, my awesome customer service rep threw in the helmet mounting system for free. (I offered to buy before it was offered for free!)
This is a great company that stands behind the high quality products that they make! They work to solve every problem with amazing customer support. I will not hesitate buying from them again!

Excellent customer support, a quick response to my broken bell problem by sending out a new replacement. Wish all companies were this easy to deal with when an issue occurs.

My Knog Scout worked really well for more than a year, it felt much safer when I made a stop. When the battery started really quick they helped me really well to reset it. When that did not work, I requested a replacement Scout Under the 2 year warranty. They quickly promised to send One to my home address. Perfect service!

I lost connection to my scout bike alarm whilst it was armed.i could not switch the alarm off.i reached out to knog and was given clear and concise instructions how to reset it back to factory settings.now it is Working flawlessly again.Thank you James at knog support👍

Yes helpful and responsive service. Quick to respond and provided a replacement with minimal fuss and issue. I would recommend them.

I would leave zero stars for item arriving malfunctioning with condensation inside unit, definitely NOT 65 meter resistant (?) and the warranty department wasting my time claiming they can't send to Hawaii (original shipped here, it is a us state, USPS flat rate ships daily no problem.) inadequate false claims for water resistance and warranty. Incompetent company and poor quality. At least burning money would provide temporary light which this product never did.

Knog have discontinued the individual Lil cobbers, in lieu of a new product that is under development. I was after a replacement for my previous one that died (after a long life). I don't understand why they don't continue the older product until they actually have something to replace it with?

I also used the robotic Q&A for my initial enquiry, but it was so dumb that it didn't know any answer (good or bad) to my question, which was "When will the lil cobber rear bike light be restocked?". Seemed a pretty straightforward question to me.

My Knog Bike Scout became confused a few days before Christmas - basically the ability to turn it off from my iPhone vanished resulting in constant 85dB alarm! I reached out to the support at Knog and was pleased to receive a response about a week later ( many public holidays in that time). The attached problem shooting guide and in particular a step by step video fixed the problem. Great service and a wonderful product!

Knog got my back when I needed spare parts for a product I bought in a country which they don’t sell officially their products (Brazil). I was having difficult to find little spare parts and after contact them, they couldn’t be more helpful. Excellent support and understanding of the needs of a customer. Also they really keep up with the warranty they offer when selling its products. Great job for all in Knog.

Lights are good (and expensive), but the fixings are very poor. In less than 500 km of cycling I have lost both a front and rear light as they separated from their mountings. I replaced the first one (front Blinder 1300 - $170). But I am not replacing the rear, Blinder Link Rear Bike Light. Too expensive to keep losing them when fitted correctly

J'ai achété un set d'éclairages avant et arrière Knog Cobber mid pour avoir des lumières plus puissantes. Au bout d'un an, la batterie de la lumière arrière ne tient même pas une heure. N'achetez surtout pas ce produit, car on paye cher pour un produit de qualité médiocre.

I've had a couple of problems with my Knog (which generally I love!) but both times it has been sorted out promptly and efficiently. The service is very personal and I feel like a valued customer whioch is not a common experience these days!

Bought a set of Lil Cobber lights from a retailer in the UK and the front light was not working correctly. I contacted Knog directly to check that it wasn't something that could be corrected and I also let the retailer know. In the end Knog directly sent me a replacement because the returns process with the retailer would have been a lot more complicated and time consuming.
