KMS Tools & Equipment - Coquitlam Arvostelua

I find the people in Coquitlam shop so racist. At around 10am my husband sent me to buy POR rust preventive. I asked the staff for help and they showed me the product. I accidentally took the tin which was on sale. I arrived home around 12pm and realized that I took the wrong tin. I went back to KMS to return and they accused me of opening the tin. JENNIFER at the till told me I took some from the tin. The manager came and say the same thing and later on returned the tin on the shelf and refund my money. I was traumatized by the incident as a black woman. Please Jennifer be nice to be people and listen to customers concern before u make a judgement. I told the workers many times I didn't open the tin but they couldn't believe me. We are all equal no matter the color of skin.

DIY er. Edmonton. No problems Good tools better prices than competition. Love the monthly flyer and extra warrantee.don’t have vehicle so E-order is handy.

Best tool place for the stuff that really matters. I shop at all the 3-4 big tool places but go to KMS for the good stuff. Plus they extend the warranties on certain name brands and have more selection of those name brands. Prices are the best too.

I enjoy buying from KMS.
I usually buy truck parts, as they have a reasonably priced items, and fast shipping within BC.

We bought a King Canada 12000 watt Generator last Christmas and just had to use it for the last 32 hrs. It worked GREAT. Starts and runs like a top with more than enough power. I highly recommend KMS Tools and this awesome generator.

reasonable stock, not great pricing for what is offered.
Lots of staff to help, even if they are a bit condescending at times.
Usually have wholesale or commercial accounts with better products.

Price was high on these

Shipped fast across the country, well packed and it works well. Made of metal and no plastic parts. It came mounted on plywood, a nice touch I just screwed it to my bench

Always seem to have what I need when I need it. When other places don’t have it. Quality products and service.

Your staff were friendly and showed me exactly where to go for the pliers and files that were on sale.

I appreciated that as I don't get to your store often.

Great prices and friendly, helpful staff.

After purchasing online, I saw that the price was reduced for the next month's sale - KMS adjusted happily and I got the best deal.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff.

Great support picking the proper cordless drill for my requirements.

I'm always happy with the service.this was my first online order and it was problem free.I'm not very tech savvy so it was much appreciated. Thanks

They have products at good prices.
Products is available and delivery was on time.

I have been a client with KMS from when their initial store in Burnaby opened and have always had great service and KMS has very good product lines and competitive pricing.
I have also been a client with the car parts division for many years and find the staff very helpful and willing to help track down parts that they may not have in stock.

I did not use the tool section this visit, as I actually live on Vancouver island and usually shop at the nanaimo store for tools, but the coquitlam store has a great little auto parts store next to the tool store so when ever I am in Vancouver I usually stop there.
