Grâce à l'expérience et aux connaissances des générations précédentes et des orfèvres contemporains, nous pouvons nous améliorer en permanence. Nous fabriquons nos bijoux dans notre atelier au cœur de Prague. Nous misons sur un travail manuel honnête et nos orfèvres expérimentés se consacrent à chaque bijou avec leur cœur et leur âme. Les bijoux de KLENOTA sont un bel exemple intemporel de véritable artisanat. La plus grande récompense de notre travail est le plaisir que nos bijoux procurent.

I ordered a customised engagement ring and everything was perfect. The customer service is very reliable and the delivery (to France) was fast. Finally, the ring is beautiful.

Ordered a moldavite 14k ring and they answered very quickly to say it would take 3 weeks to make and would I still like to go ahead. I said that was fine so imagine my surprise when my ring came within 2 weeks. The ring is absolutely stunning, I love it and it was beautifully packaged with a credit card style certificate of authenticity. UPS delivered very quickly and I did have to pay customs charge however I fully expected this prior to purchase and factored this into how much I wanted to spend overall. Very very pleased, would most certainly recommend. Thank you.

Shipping outside EU - WATCH OUT!!
I ordered my product to be delivered to the UK, knowing that there would be customs charges etc.To avoid paying VAT twice, I questioned the VAT (included in price at 21%) and instead of removing this, they simply created a new invoice which suddenly absorbed this cost into the unit price and so VAT was also due on arrival on the (now higher) cost.
VERY questionable practice to suddenly fiddle percentages on an invoice - be very careful those ordering to outside EU.
Edit after reply from Klenota:
Simply changing a percentage to 0% on an invoice is not the same as removing the VAT. I have no bad experiences with other brands, just deceitful practice from this one unfortunately.

We're sorry to hear your review which is based on a bad experience with other brands. Here, it was only that the first email was an automatic order confirmation and not an invoice, which we delivered to you shortly afterwards with zero VAT. We deliver to the UK with zero VAT for orders over £135 and the customer pays the VAT only on import - so only once, which is what happened in this case.
