Unzufriedenheit mit dem Produkt: Das Serum hat nicht die gewünschte Wirkung erzielt. Auch nicht nach 8-12 Wochen.
Problem mit dem Kundenservice/Rückerstattung: Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme und zugesicherter Rückerstattung ist bisher nichts passiert.
Negative Kaufentscheidung für die Zukunft: Ich habe mich als Kunde aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen entschieden, dort nicht mehr einzukaufen.
Schade. So ist meine Erfahrung gewesen.

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, woher diese schlechten Bewertungen kommen, und frage mich, ob manche vielleicht aus Neid geschrieben wurden, um der Marke zu schaden. Anstatt ihre Zeit damit zu verbringen, aus Neid negative Kommentare zu verfassen, wäre es sinnvoller, diese Zeit in etwas Konstruktives zu investieren, zum Beispiel in einen Deutschkurs.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren erfahrene Make-up-Artistin und führe ein Modegeschäft, in dem ich ebenfalls Pflege- und Make-up-Produkte anbiete. Daher weiss ich genau, wovon ich spreche: Die Produkte überzeugen durch eine hervorragende Qualität. Besonders das Wimpernserum ist absolut beeindruckend.

Ihr habt wirklich grossartige Produkte – und ich habe ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal bei euch bestellt! Vielen Dank dafür!

Terrible experience. Never received my package. Customer services not responding. Mailed with no assurances with USPS. I lost $100. Will try to contest with my credit card.

This seems shady, the review below is exactly what I’ve experienced! No status update via Track & Trace, then I received another Track & Trace code, and then all of a sudden the package is not traceable anymore. KKW tells me to contact the local carrier. Paypal saved the day via their buyer protection service! So disappointed in KKW!

If I could rate below a 1 star I would. Their 'customer service' is a joke. Auto reply responses for days if you are lucky to get a response at all. I ordered on July 13th and have still not received my order. The tracking number initially provided was not accurate so I chased them up. They apologised and gave me a different tracking number and link. The order did not move any further from July 22nd. I emailed again asking and they said delays of up to 21 business days. Today is the 21st business day and they refuse to look into it any further advising me to follow up with my local courier. I followed up with my local courier who advised that my parcel is no where in sight and that the link the sender provided is a SCAM. I have now initiated a dispute charge with my bank as I have no other choice. I know it is said a lot but I have genuinely worked in customer service my whole life and have never experienced such poor and distasteful customer service in my life. This company should be ashamed of the lack of consideration for their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Awful and first and last time I’ll order. Emailed them many times and get no response, view my order and says shipped but no tracking information so where is it & when will it arrive is anyone’s guess. Don’t do it

Had good experience with purchasing makeup kit.

I have placed several orders now from KKW. They are extremely slow on getting your products out, and when you inquire about it, you get a generic message. It is pretty frustrating. I will say that they did handle one incident pretty well. I ordered something that I never received, and they did send out a new one. Now about the quality of the products, I do like everything I've gotten, but things had come in damaged, so the quality is not that great. The glue comes undone like from the eyeshadow case when I opened it, and it fell out, so they need to do a better job on quality and getting people's orders out within a few days instead of quite a few weeks. It just makes people not want to order One very frustrating thing there's no phone number you can call. After this next order comes in, I'm unsure if I will do any more future orders. If Kim fixes all these problems, Then I would love to start reordering at that time. There are just too many good products out there right now to choose from

I genuinely like the lip liners. They are incredibly creamy and pigmented! However, shipping time is a joke. It’s taken a week and a half after I placed my order simply for the shipping label to even be created by KKW. It takes over a month to receive any of her products. It’s a shame. It taints the overall experience.

The color has NO pigment. The packaging was dirty and order wasn’t complete. Order took two weeks! Wow!! Crazy for a billionaire CEO

I ordered the KKW lip bundle on the 27 March 2021. I understand that it would probably take a while to get to me being in another country and of course I was fine with that. A month late I inquired about where my package was because I could not track it at all. The team responded with, I should check my local post office. Long story short, I email twice after that with the same response. I have still NOT received my package and not a word at all about it. I find it absolutely disgusting that I was told to go look for my package! Why can no one tell me where my package is?? Why is the team at KKW so lacks with helping me???? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!

I ordered all 3 of the Kyle Jenner lip perfume at the same time. When they arrived they were all in there boxes but the pink one is empty it doesn't spray and you can't hear liquid moving around in it like the other 2! That one is my favorite smell so it really sucks!

Delivery takes way too long, been waiting over a month. I like in the UK... It’s a bit of a joke really, I won’t be buying again. Rather go with a trusted beauty brand that has there shipping in order and is organised.

In ordered 2 items a week ago, my account has been charged but I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation .. It states that’s within 3-5 days of order shipping confirmation will be sent ... terrible customer service and will not order anything else form this company
