Love this product! I live in a small apartment in NYC and Kitty Poo Club has made the litter box hassle free. It doesn't smell at all and really does last for a month, and my cat seems happy with it. Recommend with no reservations!

I have always loved them until they started charging me a fuel surcharge on my orders because they are too cheap to cover it or FedEx won’t cover it. It’s outrageous that they are laying this responsibility on customers. I don’t even drive a damn car and live in NYC. Why tf am I being tasked with this responsibility? I’m furious about it and definitely let them know. I’ve been using them for 6 years and I will happily cancel if this continues.

I canceled my account in January 2025 and they started charging me again.In guess 2025 without my authorization, you cannot get a person.Do you get the run around?This company is shady AF.Avoid them at all cost

This cat litter subscription service is fairly reliable. I always get a notification if my cat’s preferred litter is going to be unavailable for a period of time. It was unavailable for about two months in 2021 so I ordered extra when it was back in stock and now I keep a few extra bags on hand just in case. I know that not everyone has the space to do this; it would possibly be a deal breaker for me if I lived somewhere with less storage available but it works with my current setup. I’ve never needed to contact customer service and it’s really easy to skip deliveries if needed.

Could care less about their customers and products don't work as claimed . Convenience is a Big plus but for price and reliability Not worth it. Boxes Are Marketed as leakproof Such is not the case. Their reason was my cats aim and a construct issue that made them not leakproof . Leakproof but not leakproof. Ended up damaging brand new flooring they offered no apology no recourse after spending almost $900 !
