Kitsch Republic Arvostelua 

I ordered a number of steampunk style coasters - these arrived well within the indicated timeframe, properly packaged, and undamaged.

Unfortunately one item was incorrect, however, upon contacting the company the correct one was immediately sent out to me.

The products are great quality, and apart from the minor glitch, I can't fault the service received.

Kitsch Republic appears to be quite small business in terms of staffing so I would urge a little customer patience in waiting for responses to emails - there might not be the instant response that would come from a larger company, but that is more than compensated for by the warmth and personal feel to the service received from the Kitsch Republic team.

Ordered two cushions which arrived very quickly but I wasn’t sure about one of them. Contacted Angela & she very kindly offered to make a couple of changes and sent me out a replacement which again arrived very quickly at no extra cost.
