Ordered two full kits Dec 3rd 2024. Now 18th March 2025 and still not arrived and will not answer my emails.

Total scam. My daughter spent Xmas money on a shirt. They told the money and 6 weeks later no shirt has arrived and no responses to my numerous emails. How are they still allowed to be trading!!!?!

they cancelled my order in december , im still waiting for my refund , ive sent numerous messages and emails do not buy from these !!!

Avoid!!! Chinese fake kits just printed onto shirts. PayPal instantly refunded me luckily

I totally with the other reviews, this company steals money , strings you along then goes silent, avoid at all costs.

Never use this company,they are scammers,they take your money or should I say steal and never receive the merchandise,can't believe they are still allowed to exist.please don't use your hard earned money ,you won't receive anything back,stay well clear

Order placed 26th October, and chased on 2nd December. They said their account had been suspended and would issue a refund when the suspension was lifted. They then said that the order would need to be cancelled and refunded. This has not happened. Shocking company, reported to trading standards and did a charge back.

Horrendous I recieved half the order and a terrible shirt that they charged £57 for and will not send a return address that on the website says manchester England but is actually China. Beyond disgusted as I couldnt give the intended christmas presents for my kids. DO NOT BUY from here awful. I cannot get my money back even through a credit card.

This Chinese seller is pretending to be based in the UK. I don’t know where my order was delivered—the door shown in the photo is not my door. The seller refused to help and told me to deal with Royal Mail, even though the Royal Mail website clearly states that the seller must contact them and open the claim. The seller also lied by saying the parcel was signed for, even though the Tracked 48 service they used is not a signed-for service. Now I have no money and no jersey, and there is a seller who doesn’t care. I wish I had read the company reviews earlier, before making this purchase—it clearly shows that there are scammers. If you want to risk making purchase - use PayPal for your protection.

Horrendous company and they should be closed down! Same as others, ordered a top and what arrived was not what I ordered and they are refusing to refund/ replace due to their loss!! This is fraudulent activity and not inline with the Consumers Act so should not be allowed to sell within the UK.

Ordered 2 kits at a cost of £55, eventually arrived but quality awful, after many emails I was told to return them for a refund, I returned them at a cost of £22.70. I haven’t received my refund as they say I should have tracked the parcel and they say they haven’t received them, I sent them proof of postage. Do not order from this company they are not reliable and are happy to keep peoples money. This site should be closed down as they are obviously scammers 😡😡😡

Ordered a manchester united top with Lammens on the back with number 31. They sent me a top saying Lammens 13. My son can not wear that asked for a refund they said I could have a refund for personalisation. Just blame the warehouse for sending out wrong item.

I was going to write a pretty good review, as I read the other reviews stating how terrible the company was - however, I ordered four shirts, all of which have actually arrived within a semi reasonable amount of time time (despite consistent chasing via WhatsApp!) and the shirts are actually pretty good. However, one shirt has arrived and it’s the wrong size but with the correct tag on! I’ve messaged the WhatsApp number and they have refused to exchange due to in not being “cost effective” and won’t send a replacement! They have offered, that if I buy another shirt (yeah right!) they’ll send me something in addition as compensation…. No thanks. Therefore, despite the shirts actually being quite good, I wouldn’t bother again if I was you!

Don’t order from here, honestly the worst company ever, they sent only one when I ordered 2 which took over 4 weeks to arrive. Then the quality of it was worse than what you get off Lucky Lucky men in Tenerife. Not even good enough to wear in the house. Do not waste your money. This website needs to close down. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got full refund.

Do I have to I’ve a star? It needs to be 0 stars!! Ordered on 1st December and still no order! Ordered a kids away arsenal shirt. I’ve chased and they have said it is being processed so still not been shipped. 2 days ago I asked for a refund and they have emailed to say their account is down and is it ok if I receive my refund in 180 days!! I had to laugh. I’ve emailed to say absolutely not and give me my money now! Do not use this company!!!!!!

There should be no stars! My items did arrive but extremely low low low very poor quality for the price they’re charging. Customer service did get back to me regarding a return but all returns are at a cost to the customer and they said that it would be expensive so not to bother. Don’t shop here it’s really not worth it!

Ordered 3 kits, with personalized numbers and names on the back on 1st December all arrived on the 17th. Great quality, great communication. Just in time for Christmas. Really happy!

Ordered 2 x football kits and money taken promptly from me. After a few days later, realised I had no email confirmation migration or proof of order. Contacted the company and prompted to contact then through a WhatsApp number. Asked for a refund as the order wasn't processed correctly. Been about 6 weeks now and still no refund! I will keep asking though . Avoid this company at all costs!
