Kitchway forgot to calculate a 30% tax…
Kitchway forgot to calculate a 30% tax on top of the offered price. That was bad surprise we could not expecting . We reported this to them without any reaction. That is not fair and we will never again order something at this company and recommend everyone to do the same.

For clarification, upon checking our records, we can confirm that we proactively communicated with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund, and the refund has now been processed.
We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this. As soon as you notified us of the damage, we responded promptly and offered our standard solution: a replacement. Shipping fragile items like crockery always carries a risk of damage during transit, which is why breakages can occasionally occur, even with well-packaged, high-quality products.

You let yourselves down - Actually being able to speak to a human…
Actually being able to speak to a human person was excellent- he was very helpful and able to assist me in ordering because I’m technically challenged, mild school. We arranged for the item to be unpacked and moved into place as my husband and I are pensioners. Unfortunately, the people delivering did not honour this arrangement, and advised my husband that they only deliver items. It was very disappointing. Hence the lower star score.

Excellent set of tongs
Great set of tongs, especially with the locking ring instead of the pull out mechanism. Lovely price and brilliant customer service where I made an error and it was very quickly sorted out. Highly recommend.
