The order arrived very late. Despite being within Europe, I had to pay a significant amount of tax.

Prompt delivery and courteous personnel. Boxed unit had to be unpacked in the hallway as box would not fit through the basement doorway.

Delivered as promised. Had a few issues with order as we are not up to date but delivery was excellent.

Very good handeling and quite aesthetic. But i gotta say its a bit too small for some meals

I would strongly advise consumers to avoid.

I purchased items online and the quality was terrible. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that a 20% “restocking fee” would apply and that I could not even obtain a Return Authorisation number unless I first paid that fee.

In effect, I was required to pay money simply to access the returns process.

This is not what UK consumers reasonably expect when purchasing online. Statutory consumer rights cannot be overridden by standard terms and conditions or by labelling transactions as “B2B” after the fact.

After considerable correspondence, the goods were returned and received by the retailer, yet the refund was not processed promptly, requiring me to escalate the matter through my bank.

I am sure they'll write some waffle back - but give it a thought before you purchase. (as expected they did and have lied. Nice try).

AVOID. my delivery didn't turn up and they ignored my calls and messages.

Received my order and couldn't be happier. Kitchway went above and beyond to find my order as DPD were sending it back. Good quality stirring paddle stainless steel, very robust and sturdy. Thanks for all your help Kitchway team.

Love this tumble dryer. It’s very quick to dry, even on medium (a full washing machine load took 30 mins to be bone dry). Would never have a small domestic dryer again as these big American dryers are just so much better. Our last Maytag American dryer lasted 22 years so I’m hoping this one will be the same!
