Kitchenology Arvostelua

Lovely local showroom , good service. Purchased a tumble dryer in the sale which was delivered free next day and the old one taken away.

Bought a new Neff double oven from Kitchenology to replace a similar oven which needed replacing after about 20 years of use. James dealt with the purchase excellently. Had to wait for delivery and fitting but it was worth it. Dealing with a local shop instead of a multi national was much better and more convenient and personal.

Mike and James were fantastic start to finish. Mike project managed the work from start to finish, his committment, reassurance and professionalism was outstanding throughout. Whilst there were a few hiccups, Mike reassured us, rectified and sorted as quickly as possible. Mike and James listened to what we wanted and designed the most amazing kitchen, which far exceeded our expectations. The workmen they had arranged upheld Kitchenology's good name, and again played their part in delivering a kitchen that we are proud to be in.
Both Mike and James kept us in the loop throughout, nothing was any trouble. What made our experience so good was that Mike covered everything, from the skip hiring, trades people, liaised with Cardiff Marble and everything else inbetween
Wouldnt go with anyone else for a kitchen in the future.
Exceptional kitchen. Thank you Kitchenology and all involved.

Bought a washing machine and dishwasher after having great advice from James. The appliances were ordered and fitted within 5 days and the old ones taken away . Both appliances were tested before the fitters left and they left no mess . Highly recommend

Great service and
reliable staff.

Very helpful and informative in the shop.
First two electricians were polite, unfortunately they did not have the right tools to adapt to fit in the hob.
Next day another electrician turned up, he was quite abrupt and rude, seemed as if he was in a rush.
Overall experience is very good, owner of the shop is excellent and very helpful. Would recommend the shop to buy your appliances

Excellent service and advice by the shop.
Delivery was prompt and very courteously undertaken as was the setting up of the fridge freezer.
No hesitation in recommending this company.

honest advice given in the shop, extended warranties a definite bonus. Delivery excellent. nothing too much trouble Thank you all.

Very competitive, friendly and professional service at the show room. Which continued through to delivery and fitting to time and quality. And best of all I bought from my local high street and was able to support a valued local business keeping jobs in the community.

Very helpful team. Highly Recommended.

Excellent service

Excellent service from sale to after sale

Efficient and quick installation of new £550 Bosch washing machine and disposal of our old 30-year-old Bosch predecessor. (The old machine had fused all the power in the house when its heating element had failed). It was pouring with rain when the new machine was bodily carried in but the two-man team conscientiously wiped their feet every time they entered the house and opted not to use a wheeled truck out of respect for our carpets! All the hoses and waste pipes were methodically checked before the new machine was installed.

Good customer service, no pressure to buy and very nice showroom. I had an induction hob installed and the installer was very professional and did a great job

Quick delivery, ordered Wednesday evening and was delivered Friday morning. Rang Thursday to arrange a time slot and delivered right on time. Were very polite and helpful.

Very efficient service both within store at time of order and at installation. Very pleased and I would recommend to others

Only 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could. Mike was very helpful in making sure we got what we needed. This included a site visit to check measurements. No trawling the internet for me. kitchenology did all the work. On delivery day I was really tricky to get the large fridge into the house. James and Jake did a great job. They made sure that things were installed properly and the kitchen cabinets were put back together. Cleaned up and left us delighted with our new appliances.
This is why we shop local. We will be back. Well done. Great value, Great service. Many thanks.

They were very knowledgeable about their products and took time to explain the differences with various appliances
I will be going back to see them about other appliances in the future

Excellent service throughout
Very knowledgeable and helpful information given by the people in the Penarth shop
Installation went smoothly and very happy with everything
So much so that we went back 4 days later and bought an American larder fridge!
