James knowledge and advice for my purchase. Going the extra mile in delivering my package as it was a little heavy to walk home with it. Service from a family business, care and attention to detail. Listened to my needs and advised the best product

Excellent service, needed a new hob and was fitted the next day, staff very helpful and friendly.

Only giving 5 stars because I can't give more.
Amazing service for my mum who can't get out and about too easily. After a phone call to the shop, James visited Mum's house, discussed options for a new fridge and arranged for the purchase, delivery and installation in double quick time. Everything he said he would do he did. The installers were a delight and did a great job exactly when they said they would, and James had gone above and beyond to follow up with me with guarantee info. Very fairly priced too. This is local service at its very best.

On time, friendly and efficient.

Good friendly staff , cleaned up thoroughly .

I think BEN was the name of the man who waited on me -- and he was very helpful and not a bit pushy. He gave me the time I needed to think about my purchase. I haven't started actually USING this equipment yet -- but I will once I have read all the directions and recipes and guidance. -- Donald Johnson

Everything was streamlined from choosing the freezer to the delivery. Excellent customer service.
