I see that you placed your order online via the scheme we facilitate for members of the National Society of Allotment & Leisure Gardeners. There is a message on the website to advise that orders can take 21-25 working days to be processed. This is due to the volume of these orders being received at this time of year. Correcting a mistake quickly and satisfactorily.
When my order for seeds arrived I found that one item was incorrect, so I emailed the details. It was quickly replied to with the promise that the correct item will be posted to me, and that I don't need to post the incorrect packet of seeds back to Kings.

You do all the testing and introduce new hybrids to try. I love being able to browse your catalogue on my table. Please don't stop sending it.
