Mixed feelings…
I have ordered from Kings over the last two growing seasons. The seeds are mostly good, though occasionally some have had poor germination. This year's order was badly packaged and only just made it through the post without falling completely apart - hence the 3 stars. I mentioned this to Kings, but only got a holding response, no proper follow-up.

Dear Mrs Westmoreland, thank you for leaving your review. I am sorry to hear you feel that your complaint was not followed up. As I mentioned in my email reply to you I did refer this to our packing department but didn't come back to you further as you said that the goods had arrived intact. I am also sorry to hear that you have experienced germination issues in the past. All of our seeds are tested in our own, on-site, laboratory prior to packaging and despatch, by our qualified seed analyst for vigour, purity and germination, and all are compliant with EC directives for germination standards. In this light, we do offer a no quibble guarantee. I hope that you will not encounter any further germination issues however if you do please let me know.
