King of the Castle Scotland Arvostelua 

I would give zero stars if humanly possible. Between the staff being cheeky because I had a valid complaint to the owner being just as bad.
Was querying opening time as all signs said 10-5:30 daily. Was told it was a Sunday - that’s not a response. As an autistic adult with an autistic child we take things literal and don’t need absolute cheek. To then complain validly and get told I am a nightmare of a parent is disgusting. Avoid if u want decent humans!

Myself and my grandkids attended a fun day today at Easterhouse sports centre Glasgow, kids had an amazing time with a fantastic variety of castles to play on, not only were there a great choice,the castles where spotlessly clean. There was also some candy floss, slushy drinks and the hot chocolate was delicious ! All the kids were having a blast. I would highly recommend king of the castle wether it be for a fun day or birthdays give them a call you won’t be disappointed .

We booked this company for a party. Both my partner and I work abroad in Qatar and were only coming back for our special occasion. We stated the premise we wanted the bouncy castle to go on. We had never been to the venue before, so we never realized the space that would be assigned for the bouncy castle. We were never told it wouldn’t fit by the company or venue. The bouncy castle company turned up on the day, and measured - the bouncy castle wouldn’t fit. We rang the owner of the company and explained that we never got the bouncy castle as the space was too small. He was entirely unprofessional. He didn’t offer a refund or even partial refund, his answer was he never had a day off in ages and it’s our fault we didn’t measure the ground which would be entirely impossible considering we live 7,000km away.

Stay clear of the company especially if you’re not living in Scotland as you will get all the blame if something goes wrong!

Awful way to run a business

Can't fault this company Andrew was very helpful and kept in touch set up brilliantly on the day we had ordered the bouncy castle and slide the kids had an absolute brilliant day would recommend this company and definitely use again thanks for making my granddaughters day great

DO NOT USE. On booking we were advised by email to expect the bouncy castle between 8am and 12pm also that we would receive a approx delivery time the night before. We received no time or reply to our email the day before the party, we called on the morning of and were told a driver hadn’t turned up and they will be an hour late with approx delivery at 1pm. 2pm we finally received the castle which was an hour into the party. Collection is supposed to be after 5pm and we heard nothing. The owner felt he was doing us a favour not collecting the castle as it would be late, this was me contacting him 2 days after the party to see if we were now a free storage facility as we still had the castle! The owner is now not replying to our complaint or partial refund request considering we had the castle for 3 hours instead of 5 it’s is only fair to issue some sort of a refund. So if you want a castle for half the time you should have it then this is the company for you!

Wow.. King of the Castle Scotland - Bouncy Castle & Inflatable Hire

Not only did they call me two days before Jase’s party to cancel on me, he told me on the phone and over text that he was refunding me my £25 deposit as travelling through to Stirling wasn’t worth his while (amazing customer service) - he is now trying to tell me that my deposit is non-refundable. Worst customer service 👎🏼 if he said to me on the phone when he cancelled it that my deposit was non refundable then that would have been fine. It’s the fact that he has lied. Actually lost for words 😂

We had an excellent experience with King of the Castle, from booking to delivery. We actually had our Disco dome delivered on the previous night and much delight for our 8yr old. Very professional and friendly and can't fault the price either.

Will never use this company again after plenty of messages back and forth they showed up on the day and refused to put the bouncy castle up as we wouldn’t put stakes into the astro even though it was previously agreed to tie it to the fence
They behaved in a unprofessional matter, no empathy and no desire to fix anything
Refused a refund as we left a 1 star review
Horrendous customer service
AVOID!!

Side note we contacted another company at 10:30 and after being left down and they managed to get a bouncy castle up before 12 and saved the day
