They don’t have products to sell. It appears to be just for show. They’ve given up on actually producing storing and selling products. Customer service is a chatbot. There is no human aspect to anything except their silly social media. It is impossible to over anywhere beside US but all sales appear just fake perhaps to fool some buyer because the actually sale process doesn’t exist.. it’s just a chatbot that says it can’t send you the products

This company is an absolute scam. My jewelry arrived with defects — missing stones, no stamps, wrong color, and incorrect weight. They didn’t honor the first-time free shipping, and when I tried to return my order, they refused to give me a full refund. They keep part of your money and make excuses to avoid paying you back. Terrible quality, terrible service — save yourself the headache and stay far away.

I just got the 5 mm brilliant cut 18 inch tennis chain in silver I ordered yellow gold but it doesn't matter it is a beautiful chain and I would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could it looks amazing with my No Limit Records dog tag thanks again King ice I will see you soon

Bought gold earrings and the quality is awful. They’re flimsy. Tried to initiate a return and they say not eligible. What kind of company doesn’t offer refunds or exchanges for unused goods? Just awful never again.

I tried to place an order four times, and every time it gets cancelled by their automatic anti-fraud system.
Support is no help — they just tell you to 'try different payment methods' or 'use a PC instead of mobile' because they clearly don't understand how their anti-fraud system works.

I ordered a king ice sterling silver chain and it was tarnishing like crazy after a month despite all my attempts to care for it properly. I was using Wright’s silver polisher on it twice a week and the tarnishing still never fully came out. I should’ve returned it immediately because the chain looked like crap even from the moment I opened it, but I was busy and hoped some proper cleaning would help. It didn’t. Some of the tarnishing didn’t come out even with multiple cleans. So I decided to contact King Ice about a warranty exchange and they approved it. The first issue was that I had to pay out of pocket to ship it out to them, which cost me 30 dollars. Already a problematic business model if you make people pay out of pocket for a warranty exchange when the issue has to do with product quality. The company should take responsibility for selling defective or bad quality products, not put the onus on the customer. But that’s not even the worst thing that happened. When the replacement chain finally shipped, I was told I have to pay 115 dollars in duties and taxes on it. The chain that I purchased at full price was 180 dollars before tax, which means with the shipping cost and the customs charge I would’ve paid 145 dollars EXTRA on top of the 180 I already spent just for the warranty exchange - almost the price of TWO chains. Again, the business model here is crazy - making a customer pay double the price simply because they were unlucky enough to get a defective product? I understandably didn’t want to pay the customs fee, so I reached out to customer service, and Michelle gave me a generic answer about how King Ice isn’t responsible for shipping or customs costs associated with warranty exchanges. That was it. No offer of a coupon, literally nothing. This company is an absolute joke. Not only are the products absolute garbage, you will be expected to pay double the price just to receive a product of adequate quality via warranty exchange, which will probably also be garbage quality except you’ll have paid double for it. I’ve purchased sterling silver chains and rings off amazon that haven’t even started tarnishing after a year of wear. The jewelry market is so saturated and you can get good quality products from so many different companies and outlets. King Ice has to be one of the worst if not the worst jewelry merchant out there in terms of quality and customer service. I never paid the customs fee so I didn’t end up receiving my replacement chain, so I have a feeling that I will never receive anything or hear from their company again and that I will be out 180+ dollars. They have the original garbage chain I sent out and I doubt I will receive any kind of product back unless I’m willing to pay over a hundred bucks in customs fees. So I just spent 180 dollars and got nothing for it. Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, scamming their customers.

Omg unbelievable!!! They are truly the KING OF ICE WOW !!! this is so brilliant I would never in my life by a real piece of jewelry because if you look good in a jury look good ain’t nobody be able to tell it’s fake the quality, the brilliance, the craftsmanship this is unbelievable. I have found heaven for less than you think.

You are lucky to get 6 months out of the chain before it rusts. I contacted their customer service team for a “lifetime warranty” replacement and I had to fight for another one to get sent to me. They just now added a rule that only one replacement is given if it is due to tarnishing. Well guess what my second chain tarnished in the same amount of time (about 6 months). The whole anti-tarnish properties of the chain is a complete sham. It is just another cheap product that is advertised to be better than it is. It’s no better than costume jewellery.

Bought a necklace from them, paid for shipping insurance. The package got lost, their shipping insurance didn't cover it, and King Ice didn't do anything either. I am out $130. Do not do business with this company.
