Kindful Arvostelua 

Kindful is great for our organization. I've spent the past year revamping our use of it to maximize donor contact, and there have been some great results. I do wish there were some grant tracking features, and a bit more mobility navigating through contacts/activities.

Kindful has revolutionized our donor management experience. This software is comprehensive, easy to use, and visually appealing. The entire Kindful team provides quick and excellent customer service.

I love how staff is quick to respond to a question and walk you through it if need be.

Kindful is a great system for any nonprofit seeking a donor management system. It's sleek, easy-to-use, and has robust reporting features to solve any donor query you've ever had. I love that it integrates with both Mailchimp and Eventbrite. Those are two other systems my nonprofit uses to manage our patrons. So I'm able to easily see on one record a contact and every ticket they've bought, every donation they've made, every email they've received/opened/clicked, and segment out patrons accordingly. Kindful's support has always been top-notch! I've always received immediate responses when needed. Their knowledge base and onboarding staff are also very helpful for getting everything up and running. I'm always recommending Kindful to my colleagues in the arts world and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to love their donor management system, engage their donors, and increase revenue from individual donors.

We made the switch to Kindful over a year ago and we're really happy with our choice! In particular, the process of transferring all of our data from our old system into Kindful was made really seamless by all of the support from Kindful's team. Our team loves being able to have different profiles with different levels of access that allow us to all be on the same page and create tasks to keep us on track. The only downside we have found is that there is not a comment field or place for donors to note if their gift is in honor or memory of anyone as they make a donation through our Kindful donation page.

Loving our new Kindful system overall. I hope that in the future you allow us to upload our own acknowledgement letters to simplify the stewardship process. The templates are not as easy to use as I'd hoped. Otherwise I am pleased.

Kindful has been a great donor tracking system for our organization. We manage multiple funds of donations and it has been easy to keep everything organized and track where the money has been donated and who has given it.

We are a new nonprofit and Kindful has been so valuable for end to end CRM management of our donors. We love how Kindful makes it quick and easy to communicate with our donors. Kindful's seamless integration with QuickBooks makes it easy to track donations as well.

We love Kindful!

Kindful is the best and most intuitive donor management software we've ever used. As a small non-profit, it's helping us scale and grow in ways that are sustainable and good.

Kindful is easy to use, the staff are extraordinarily helpful, and they are constantly working to make the platform even better!

Easy to use, great customer service!

We have been using Kindful for a little more than 2 years. Their donation forms and plug-ins are the best I have seen from any donor CRM. Their user-interface is simple and intuitive. And their service and user-support is very responsive. For the price, you can't find anything better [trust me, I've looked].

Some of their tools need to be supplemented by other platforms, specifically we use an alternate tool for peer-to-peer fundraising. But since they have an open API, we've been able to seamlessly work between multiple platforms to bridge those gaps.

The only piece that I really hope they improve soon is their task management/donor forecasting tools. Unless you rely very heavily on moves-management plans for major donors, you can probably work around that.

Kindful is very user friendly. It's simple and not as customizable as some of the other platforms. Although, for the price, we have found it to be a great solution for us!
