Kindful Arvostelua 

I absolutely love the Kindful platform. More than that, I'm always impressed with the customer service support and how they continually strive to improve functionality!

I really like working with Kindful. For the most part it is easy to figurer out and use. I have had trouble using some of the integration when we sell tickets is the only problem that has occurred for me. The costumer service is helpful and easy to work with.

I love working with Kindful. I don't think we have even tapped the full potential it has with all of it's features. The customer service team is very responsive and helpful. We have had issues with communication between Quickbooks online and kindful as well as with Stripe. But all would be fine if you make sure to stay on top of the tasks you need to do in order to transfer the information correctly.

We've been using Kindful for a fairly short period of time, but I can share some feedback based on our early experiences:

- Lovely clean and simple design makes it easy to use
- Easy to set up online payments and automate receipts, etc.
- Nice functionality for crowdsourcing donations
- simple and quick integration with email marketing platforms and other online services (e.g. Eventbrite for events)
- the online help/documentation and videos are excellent
- the response from the support team is good

Some things have proven a bit harder to get to grips with:

- Reporting enables relatively easy filtering, but is limited in display options (there seems to be limited access to data fields - e.g. displaying soft-credits is limited, and little to no layout capability)
- Integration with Mailchimp is good, as long as you want to integrate your entire list/audience with Kindful (there is no mechanism for importing a segment)
- Although good and easy to use, the donation plugin for Wordpress is limited in comparison to the main online donation pages (e.g. you can't do an ACH transaction from the plugin, but you can from the main page). This leads to an inconsistent user experience.
- Multi-currency is a bit of a problem with Kindful. I expect it is great if you mostly operate within one country/currency, but if you want to take donations from all over the world it is harder (and you can't store the info in Kindful in this way - this might have to be done in Stripe)
- Brilliant for marketing-led activities (e.g. mailshots, events), but slightly less easy to use for personal interaction/'personal relationship building' for complex donation processes (e.g. grant applications with large orgs where you want to record multiple and complex interactions, or have a deal/project go through multiple stages)

Overall I really like Kindful and am looking forward to getting to grips with it more as time goes on, but it will benefit from further development from the team.

We are a non-profit that receives over 3,000 unique donations each year. Kindful's integration to Quickbooks and the ability to enable peer-to-peer fundraising are our favorite parts, saving us tons of time in data entry. We hope that they continue to evolve their ability to design visually compelling pages and the back-end donor insights and relationship management tools, but we are happy with what we are getting for the cost!

Kindful always gives me information to keep the nonprofit I help running and able to conjure more donations. I have been able to get our nonprofit donations up 12% in the past year and we are more visible to people due to Kindful's help. I am positive that donations will continue to increase due to Kindful's assistance!!

Though I still have a lot to learn, the various individuals with whom I have interacted both by phone and via email have been very patient, insightful and willing to help in every situation.

Kindful is a great database, user friendly, and has a great avenue to ask questions easily and get answers quickly. I do wish they had the capability to email directly from the contact page.

On our organization's end, we need to do a better job letting donors know they can now give monthly / recurring since we've set up Kindful.

You were already a great company to work with, but you have recently did an upgrade which has implemented several of our request! This makes Kindful even more user friendly in my opinion! Thank you!!

Kindful makes it easy for people to give! It's also easy for anyone to set up and launch a gorgeous online campaign in just minutes.I have had the opportunity to use many donor management systems at different employers and this is the most user-friendly, especially on the donor side. It's not the cheapest option but worth the money for the exceptional customer service and beautiful graphic interface.

I love that Kindful has responsive support and their developers are responsive to queries and updates. I'm still struggling with reporting, acknowledgement and third party integration features even after almost a year. Since my background is technical this seems more an issue with the product but could also be I just don't have enough time in my day to become that expert on Kindful. However, my impression is it was supposed to be "easy" to use. That being said, it is getting better with some current improvements.

Kindful is easy to use on the donation side as well as on the user side. Customer service is always quick to answer questions and solve any problems we are having.

As a small non-profit, Kindful has made it much easier to keep track of donations and donors. Being the only one on staff, I wear a lot of hats and Kindful makes administration easier when we don't have a full time person dedicated to it.

The software is great! But it would be wonderful to get more training on it. Phone calls etc. Also it’s very American centric and so many of your emails are irrelevant to us Canadians.

We've had very minimal issues with Kindful! For the most part, it's very user friendly and easy to navigate. The only two problems we've had are with the QuickBooks integration and trying to maintain the same information on both platforms without messing up one or the other and the crowdfunding features are still a bit challenging to customize and organize.

Great customer service!
I love the ease of use with the software integrations like with Quickbooks and Mailchimp. I am a very small nonprofit so any administrative time I can save is fantastic for me. Any time I've had a question, the response has been quick and thorough.
